About this property

This luxury villa is located at 30 minutes from Ajaccio, 10 minutes from Sagone and 5 minutes from Tiuccia a charming village on the sea side with all needed shops. Wonderful view on Sagone Gulf and Cargese, tranquility and intimacy guaranteed. 5 minutes driving from wonderful and beaches and 20 minutes walk to Liscia beach the nearest beach. Heated swimming pool on the terrace which extends to a charming private garden tastefully landscaped with fruit trees and lush vegetation. You will be transported into a magic world by its mediterranean decor and its refined design mood. There is no through traffic and it is safe and secure for children/teenagers. The villa is brand new and has a contemporary design. The living room is very confortable with leather sofa and flat screen TV. The kitchen is very well equipped. Outside a private swimming pool which can be heated in middle season when the sea is too chilly to have a sea bath with a large terrace where you can take your meal outside. On the terrace, even in hot summer, the situation of the villa on top of a hill is providing a gentle wind which is making the stay very confortable.

Belle maison bien conçue et équipée

Les points positifs : belle maison, très bien équipée, vue splendide sur la baie à 180 degrés. Situation géographique très agréable. Les points négatifs. A 2 kms de la plage et non pas 900 m. Une voiture est indispensable pour plage et courses. Le WiFi est tres faible et ne permet pas le télétravail

Magnifique

La villa est très joliment située en surplomb du golfe de Liscia avec des couchers de soleil inoubliables. Elle est à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et on trouve tout ce qu’il faut à proximité. L’accueil et les formalités sont agréables et les voisins fort sympathiques. Il y a des belles excursions à faire dans les environs. La villa est remarquablement bien équipée et on sent que les Muchembled ont à coeur de nous rendre le séjour agréable. Nous y avons passé de très beaux moments et y retournerons avec plaisir.

Superbe séjour

Très belle vue, coucher de soleil sublime, piscine et maison d’architecte bien équipée. Rien à dire nous avons passé un superbe séjour et clin d’œil aux propriétaires qui nous ont bien facilité notre arrivée le jeudi avec un bébé. Encore merci.

Villa moderne avec vue imprenable sur la mer

Cette villa très moderne est située à seulement 1km de la mer avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Liscia. Les terrasses sont sur deux côtés de la maison, de façon qu’on peut toujours bien rester à l’ombre. La piscine est toute la journée bien ensoleillée ce qui fait qu’elle est bien chaude même en fin de saison. La maison est entièrement équipée et notamment la cuisine est très complète. Elle correspond au descriptif et aux photos qui figurent dans l´annonce. Il est toutefois indispensable de disposer d’une voiture vu que tous les chemins pour les visites et activités sont très longs (prévoir au moins 1h pour les activités et pour les villes de Bonifacio, Porto Vecchio, Calvi 3h pour une direction). L’accueil était chaleureux et très flexible. Nous y avons vécu de très beaux moments et espèrent pouvoir revenir lors de notre prochain séjour en Corse.

Superbe villa

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en Corse dans cette magnifique villa. Une vue à couper le souffle, une décoration soignée... Villa contemporaine avec une très belle vue sur le golfe de Liscia

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette belle villa en hauteur, très bien aménagée , très bien équipée et très bien décorée... le tout en profitant de cette vue sur la mer magnifique. Les grandes plages de Sagone et de Carghèse sont à 15 et 30 minutes en voiture et la plage la plus proche à 1, 8 km donc la voiture est indispensable pour profiter pleinement de cette région fort belle.

Tolle moderne Villa mit schönem Pool und traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und Sonnenuntergänge

Die Villa ist wirklich super schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, mit allem was man im Luxus-Urlaub braucht. Nur wenige kleinere Macken (rostige Außenlampen, klemmende Türen, vertrockneter Garten, WLAN Ausfall, verspäteter Concierge zur Übernahme, etc.) stören den perfekten Gesamteindruck. Zu beachten ist, dass das Haus auch von den Besitzern benutzt wird. Es ist damit primär auf deren Bedürfnisse eingerichtet. Mit entsprechender Sorgfalt ist das Haus und die Einrichtung zu behandeln. Vorab muss ein detaillierter Vertrag mit Haftungsklauseln unterschrieben werden und eine Kaution von 1500 Euro für etwaige Schäden überwiesen werden. Bei der Übergabe vom Concierge wird erläutert, was alles nicht erlaubt ist und worauf zu achten ist. Wir waren zwei Familien mit Kindern, mussten also während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr aufpassen, dass die Kinder z. B. nicht die weißen Wände berühren oder mit Sonnencreme auf den schwarzen Ledersofas sitzen. Für Paare ohne Kinder ist das Haus eher zu empfehlen. Davon abgesehen haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in diesem luxuriösen Domizil sehr genossen. Auch die perfekte Lage des Objektes erlaubt viele schöne Ausflüge zu den traumhaften Stränden, Ajaccio oder nahe gelegenen Wanderungen. Insgesamt ein traumhaftes Domizil, an das wir gerne zurückdenken.

Beautiful villa in stunning surroundings

This is the second year we have stayed at the villa. It is a lovely modern villa that has been very well-designed by the owners, with a fantastic open plan living area that opens onto the terrace and pool. The views of the sea and hills are beautiful, and as the villa faces west the sunsets are wonderful too. Despite having other villas nearby it feels very private because of its orientation and design. The pool is super and worked very well for our kids (5 and 2). We were again very happy here and will look to return. Ceci est la deuxième année, nous avons séjourné à la villa. Il est une belle villa moderne qui a été très bien conçu par les propriétaires, avec un fantastique plan ouvert salon qui ouvre sur la terrasse et la piscine. Les vues sur la mer et les collines sont belles, et comme la villa fait face ouest, les couchers de soleil sont merveilleux aussi. Malgré d'autres villas à proximité il se sent très privé en raison de son orientation et de design. La piscine est super et fonctionnait très bien pour nos enfants (5 et 2). Nous étions à nouveau très heureux ici et nous allons chercher à revenir.

Delightful modern house with stunning views in a great location

We arrived later than planned (after night fall) and might have had trouble finding the house, but the charming couple who look after the villa drove out to find us and escorted us back to it in their car! They were extremely helpful and welcoming. The house itself is virtually new, very stylish and the bright spacious living space adds to its "feel good factor". The photos on the site really don't do it justice! The location and views are simply stunning and there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes' drive. We stayed as a group of adult friends but it would prove equally ideal for families and very safe for young children. JP and friends from London
