Welcome to the gated, private and exclusive community of Lava Falls at Entrada. Our beautiful community of only 20 legally zoned vacation homes is located in the heart of "color country" and central to all of the sightseeing and tourist destinations within the Southern Utah area.

After a long day of hiking, biking, golfing or visiting the state and national parks, our small and quiet community of vacation homes is the perfect respite for weary travelers.
Our staff is Disinfecting each home when cleaning with In-Cide from Theochem Laboratories on non porous surfaces (ie: tile, porcelain, chrome, stainless steel, plastic) associated with floors, walls, fixtures, toilets, sinks, counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms). Sheets and towels laundered with laundry soap, hot water and ammonia.

We are the original property management company of Lava Falls. We've earned a reputation for keeping our homes impeccably clean and we pay great attention to every detail. Our updated home has all the conveniences including free secure wi-fi.
The large, gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and slate flooring and is complete with all the dishes and cookware you'll need to prepare your meals. We supply the kitchen with paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap to get you started. There is also a large spice rack and coffee filters provided for your convenience.

Our very large master bedroom has a new king size mattress along with a TV, desk with chair and an exit door to the back patio. The large master bathroom has 2 sinks, walk in shower and water closet. A hair dryer is located in one of the drawers along with shampoo and soap to get you started.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed along with a TV and this room also has a convenient slider exit to the back patio. The full size guest bathroom is located across the hall and has a tub/shower combo and also supplied with soap and shampoo to get you started.

An extra set of linens for both beds is located in the hall closet along with extra towels, pool towels, blankets and pillows.

If you enjoy barbecuing or eating outside, there's a spacious patio with a table that seats 4 along with cushioned seat and table. This home is located near our community pool and hot tub with a pathway and personal entrance. At the pool/hot tub area, there is a conveniently located restroom.

We are located on the west side of St. George just a few miles from Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Center for the Performing Arts and only 1 mile from the beautiful Canyons Softball Complex where a portion of Disney's High School Musical 2 was filmed.

Our mecca of outdoor activities include world class mountain biking with top rated trails like Gooseberry Mesa and the JEM trail less than a hour away. There's great hiking at Snow Canyon State Park, Pioneer Park and Zion National Park (45 minutes away). We are always happy to share our "secret local spots" with you.

Golf at any one or more of our local courses. Top rated Sand Hollow as well as Coral Canyon are less than a half an hour away. Sun Brook Golf Course is just down the road from us.
