About this property

Superb 3-room apartment in the heart of Antibes 5 minutes from the old beaches

Superb apartment of 71 sqm Quiet and sunny double exposure with balconies completely redone located on the 5th floor of a sought after residence on Boulevard Albert 1er. Close to the Place de Gaulle, 5 minutes walk from the beaches and the old Antibes. It is composed of: a master suite with bathroom toilet, a Queen size bed, a TV. A bedroom with a sofa bed 160x200 a flat screen TV. A dining room opening onto the fully equipped American kitchen and on one of the balconies. A bathroom with toilet all air-conditioned and furnished with taste.
You have WIFI, 2 flat screen TV, a safe, a cot.
The kitchen has: Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine toaster etc ...
In the bathroom a washing machine.
From the apartment everything can be done on foot.

Great apartment and great owners

This apartment is every bit as good as it looks in the pictures, and Jean-Louis and Rosine are very welcoming hosts. We spent a month here, and enjoyed every day (except when it rained).
