Very nice luxury apartment in the city center, fully equipped in a secure residence on the 1st floor with lift and closed private garage.
Ideally located less than 10 minutes walk from the train station, the old port and the market, you have all the amenities nearby.

This 76m² apartment includes;

- A 40m² living room / lounge and open fitted kitchen, opening onto a 20m² terrace with open views of the lake and greenery (garden furniture and sun loungers await you),

Vacances à La Rochelle

Très bel appartement situé à 2 pas du centre touristique de La Rochelle. Tout est accessible à pieds (le vieux port, l'aquarium, le marché...). L'appartement est très bien équipé et très confortable. De plus il dispose d'un garage, élément indispensable à La Rochelle. Propriétaire très sympatique et serviable Une adresse à recommander!

Emplacement parfait !

L'emplacement extrêmement pratique, la vue sur le "lac" depuis le balcon généreux (donne l'impression d'être à la campagne), la praticité du garage individuel sécurisé, l'extrême propreté de l'appartement (et tout est prévu !) et enfin l'hôte charmant et généreux, Mr Desrus, réunis pour rendre notre séjour à La Rochelle inoubliable, et faire en sorte que sera un futur visiteur de son ravissant appartement. La Rochelle Gem

Pros: Best equipped apartment by far. Great view & convenient location. Great host. Plenty to see & do. Cons: Some street noise beside bedrooms even with windows closed. Close to hospital with ambulance sirens at rush hour and air ambulances engine noise with landings & takeoffs.

C'était la seconde fois que nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement parfaitement situé et très agréable, le propriétaire est à l'écoute et très sympathique et cerise sur le gâteau outre la situation et la vue il y a un garage.

Spacieux, lumineux, emplacement idéal

Tout s'est passé à merveille depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. Nous avons mis la voiture au garage en arrivant et ne l'avons pas ressortie avant la fin de notre séjour d'une semaine. Tout se fait à pied ou en bateau ! L'appartement lui-même est calme et lumineux avec une grande terrasse avec vue sur un étang magnifique. Toutes les pièces sont grandes et tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine est là ! De plus, Martial a été un hôte parfait ! Si je retourne à La Rochelle, j'espère que cet appartement sera disponible.

Bel appartement mais bruyant

L'appartement est impeccable, fonctionnel, bien équipé et le propriétaire est super accueillant. Oui il y a une vue sur un plan d'eau, mais c'est juste un bassin de rétention, au fond duquel on voit passer les trains de la gare. Mais ce qui nous a vraiment ennuyé, avec un enfant en bas âge, c'est le bruit : vrombissement de l'hélicoptère de l'hôpital Saint-Louis qui est juste à côté ; sirènes des véhicules de secours ; et surtout pétarades de motos et accélérations de voitures dans la rue pendant la nuit, du côté des chambres (et pas seulement les vendredi et samedi). D'ailleurs un peu partout dans La Rochelle il y a un problème de motos très bruyantes. Le propriétaire n'y est pour rien, évidemment, mais il faut le savoir avant de louer. Nous garderons cependant un bon souvenir au global de cette location.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Rochelle, et l’appartement que nous avons loué y est pour beaucoup. Bien situé, a deux minute a pied du port, près du quartier Saint-Nicolas et ses commerces, non loin des Halles et de la vielle ville. L’appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable, avec tous le confort désiré. Le garage mis à la disposition des locataires est un atout essentiel. L’accueil par le propriétaire est très chaleureux et il est à l’écoute pour aider les gens en cas de besoins. Je recommande vraiment cette location pour un séjour à la Rochelle

Best of both worlds!

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood with great balcony overlooking a very peaceful lake. Just a short walk to the hubbub of the beautiful and lively port and town centre. Location is perfect. Martial is helpful and friendly and the apartment well equipped and very clean and comfortable! Hope to be back soon!

L'endroit parfait

Pour résumer l'appartement je ne trouve rien de mieux à dire que "comme à la maison". Rien ne manque pour un séjour confortable. La cuisine est suréquipée c'est un plaisir. La vue terrasse est un régal et on peut l'utiliser par tout temps puisqu'en partie abritée. Propreté irréprochable. Le gros atout est le garage pour éviter le casse-tête du stationnement. 2 salles de bain bien pratiques et également une petite buanderie avec machine à laver. Nous nous sommes énormément plu et avons beaucoup apprécié y séjourner. La localisation de l'appartement est également un atout majeur. On peut faire énormément de choses à pieds y compris les courses. Martial est accueillant, disponible et arrangeant. Séjour parfait pour nous.

Hyper grand et idéalement situé

Nous sommes ce genre de vacanciers hyper exigeants qui cherchent à retrouver tout le confort qu'on a à la maison. Et bien. Ce fut le cas ici. L'appartement est très spacieux et bien fourni. Il y a le wifi contrairement à ce qui est noté dans l'appartement. Il est situé à 300m du vieux port dans une rue plutôt calme. Tout peut se faire à pieds ( marché ou vieux port ou aquarium) La ville est magnifique. Garage privé et sécurisé. Notre hôte, Martial, est vraiment gentil et avenant. Si on revient à la Rochelle, nous reviendrons dans cet appartement. Merci pour ce beau séjour. PS: pas de barbecue (co propriété refuse)

Fabulous apt in old port. Didn't need to use our car, which was in a secure private garage. Everything you need is easy walk away. Lively town, very friendly people. We would have done more, but extreme temperatures meant sitting in shade and watching the world go by. Very relaxing.

Comfortabel appartement aan de rand van het centrum.

Dit comfortabele appartement beschikt over een groot terras dat uitkijkt op een meertje en ligt op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand van de oude haven en het stadscentrum. Je hebt geen auto nodig om de stad te verkennen. Alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op loopafstand. Het appartement is erg schoon en beschikt over een ruime garage. Bij aankomst werden wij hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar, de heer Desrus. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in dit appartement en in La Rochelle.

Excellent séjour

Appartement très confortable situé dans un cadre "champêtre" avec vue reposante et calme sur un plan d'eau (marche agréable tout autour et le long du canal) tout en étant très proche du port , de la gare et aussi des commerces. La rue sur laquelle donnent les chambres n'a été bruyante qu'un soir sur 8 jours. Appartement merveilleusement bien équipé "comme chez soit" . Très bon accueil par Monsieur Desrus.

Emplacement et appartement de qualité

Appartement idéalement situé à deux pas du cœur historique de la Rochelle cerise sur le gâteau le bien dispose d'un garage. Accueil chaleureux et attentif du propriétaire. Bel apartement situé à deux pas du vieux port

Appartement près du centre et du vieux port. Très moderne très bien équipé, bonne literie. Les plus, la terrasse semi couverte, pour profiter de l'extérieur sans vis à vis, le parking privatif en sous sol. Le moins, chambres donnant sur la rue assez passante, mais on est en centre ville.

Vacances sans stress garanti

L'appartement est en plein centre ville. Son premier atout majeur est le parking. aucun stress à trouver une place pour se garer et dans La Rochelle, se garer vire au cauchemar. Pour nous, l'essentiel est sa terrasse sans vis à vis avec vue sur un bras de mer. On oublie presque que l'on est en ville. L'appartement est d'une propreté telle que la première fois où je l'ai visité, ma première réaction fut de me demander si je serai capable de le rendre dans le même état. Heureusement, il y a possibilité de payer le ménage à la sortie : ouf ! Il est très bien situé. On fait tout à pied : les restaurants, la boulangerie, la pharmacie, l’hôpital et surtout les halles : caverne d'ali baba pour qui n'habite pas au bord de la mer ! et tout ce qui ne se fait pas à pied, se fait à vélo !! accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, toujours disponible. Rendez-vous devant l'immeuble sans aucune difficulté. Bref de vraies vacances sans stress et dans une ville qui ne demande qu'à être visitée !!!

Super semaine de détente

La Rochelle, super ville animée, restaurants, terrasses, tout pour vous satisfaire, les 3 Tours, la sortie en tri-porteur (à faire voir office de tourisme dure 2 heures mais que du bonheur pour découvrir des coins que nous n'aurions certainement pas vu), sortie ile d'aix, fort boyard que de souvenirs
