This 1.3 acre property has over 300 feet of beautiful water frontage and a private dock on the famous Chauncey Creek. Bring your boat/ canoe/ kayak and enjoy all the wonderful pluses of this waterfront location.

Why they chose this property
During trips to the southern Maine seacoast region to visit with my now wife Danielle in her hometown (York Beach), we both fell in love with the Kittery Point area, most specifically Chauncey Creek. When we found ourselves with the opportunity to purchase a beautiful waterfront property on Chauncey Creek, it was a dream come true!

Our 1.3 acre property allows you to enjoy over 300 feet of waterfront privacy, and beautiful scenery and wildlife just a few miles from downtown Portsmouth, NH.
