Welcome to the Lucky 8 Penthouse suite with comfortable seating on the deck and views of the monument; Where you will enjoy many sunsets, cocktails and naps. On your arrival - park in your assigned space and then you can walk to everything. You will find a peak of the bay and Commercial St. from your very comfortable bedroom, offering a Sealy King size bed that will allow you to wake refreshed and well rested. The closet, night stands and dresser will provide ample storage for your belongings. Bedroom windows offer Top down/ Bottom up shade for your choice of views and newly installed black out shades for the mornings you want to sleep in. The condo is 540 SQFT. of well appointed space. The kitchen is full functioning and well stocked for the visiting chef. It offers Modern appliances- including a gas range, dishwasher and Blomberg Fridge with an Icemaker. Deep, large sink with beautiful quartz counters and comfortable seating for 4 at the counter height, kitchen island. This Penthouse offers all of the modern comforts you will need for your stay. Many Windows with natural light and options for fresh air. The entrance has a sliding screen door to the deck space to enhance those breezes, but if needed; two mini splits to keep you cool in the bedroom and living room. The open concept main room, offers a Sectional American Leather Sofa and a coffee table / ottoman. Entrance has a bench that stores beach supplies and place to tuck your shoes out of the way. The bathroom shower is tiled 5' x 3' with a glass enclosure. there is a single vanity, offering more storage for toiletries below. There are (2) 43" & 37” Smart TVs with Internet and streaming options. Lucky 8 has been meticulously maintained for 6 years, since built. You will feel as if it is brand new when you arrive.
When you're heading out on the town, you will be 100 Steps to Commercial street, where you will be greeted with a Diverse culture of people, many talented artists, Succulent Dining and a Steamy Night Life. Daily Tea- Dance and entertaining theme weeks are nestled in this quaint Fishing Village, surrounded by beautiful beaches and the National Sea Shore. There is so much to see and do when this village comes to life in the beautiful summer months. Breathtaking scenery every where you look. Perfect Ptown Getaway!

Owner was great to work with, and we were even able to check in early. This unit was super comfortable for our stay and was nicely appointed. The kitchen had all the necessities stocked and included modern appliances. Very comfortable bed and bedding gave us restful nights. The shower was excellent! Great shower head and water pressure helped us start our day refreshed. Excellent location allowed us to easily walk to all the shops on Commercial with a grocery store within easy walking distance as well. Terrific unit in an excellent location!

A Gem!

This location is super well situated - easy walking distance to all the fun spots and eats on Commercial Street, morning coffee at Joe's 1 block away, 10 min Uber ride to Race Point Beach, and set back just enough to have a bit of quiet during a busy night. The condo itself is so thoughtfully appointed, and the aesthetic is bright, fresh, beachy, and current. The hosts were very responsive and thought about everything one might need while on a trip to Ptown. Will definitely stay again on a return visit!

A wonderful space in an ideal location

We had a great 2 week stay in this space. Gigi and Barry have made a wonderful vacation spot right in the heart of PTOWN. We arrived to a gift basket from Perry's and Gigi was great with communication when we had questions. The location is ideal - very close to the Boatslip, Joe's Coffee and some of our favorite restaurants. The condo is very well-appointed and has all the amenities you could need for a relaxing, fun trip. I highly recommend this property.

Great Find in the Heart of Ptown

Wonderful place in a perfect location!

The condo was beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. We’ve rented many places over the years and this was among the best. And it’s so close to everything. You can go to tea in shorts and a tshirt then easily pop back to the condo to change if you’re cold after the sun goes down. Gigi was very accessible for questions. We’re renting again in August!

Very pleased

This property is top-notch. Gigi clearly put a lot of thought into this property. It’s very well appointed and ideally situated. The outside sitting area is also very well appointed, but is semi-private (sharing the neighbor’s entryway). This is a minor point which did not negatively impact its use, as the neighbors were quiet and very friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Bradford penthouse

What a quaint apartment. Newley build/remodeled. Very clean and comfortable. Visited in July and never once turned one the ac. The cross breeze from being on the 3rd floor made the place quite comfortable. Nice layout and comfy bed. Bradford st, at times, would get a little noisy but that is to be expected being on the main drag. Gigi is a pleasure to work with and was timely in her responses. A positive experience I would repeate in the future

Upgraded property very comfortable.

Everything was as represented in the photos. Property was comfortable and well equipped. The only issue was the noise. This is located centrally which is convenient but there is constant noise through the night and early morning.

You couldn’t ask for more!

What a fabulous spot for an escape to P-Town! Ideally located one block from Commercial St. and the decor and thought put into this unit, leaves you wanting for nothing. The owners have thought of everything… from additional charging cubes on the nightstands to every tool a cook would need. Now to the decor… absolutely stunning and creates such a zen environment. I typically have a difficult time relaxing when I first arrive at a rental, but you cannot help but feel all your stress melt away here. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you Gigi & Barry for an absolutely perfect weekend getaway!

Upscale PTown Rental

Gigi & Barry have created a perfect penthouse getaway just minutes from everything PTown has to offer. The accommodations were better than described in the listing. The home provided everything we needed and more than we expected. We quickly made friends with the neighboring tenants who generously shared their homegrown garden vegetables. A bonus. The property is situated on Bradford it has a vibrant nightlife - a very convenient location so recommend keeping the windows shut and enjoy the quiet and comfort of the HVAC units at night. Hello! We are thrilled to invite you to our Home Away ! We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We currently live and work about 2 hours west of Provincetown. We both work in public service as Firefighter / Medics. Barry is a MA native that grew up in Cambridge and I strolled in about 38 years ago after a stent with the US Navy. Barry and I hope to spend our summers in Provincetown in retirement. Sharing with you now, will help make that dream possible. This year we celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and have shared our lives together for the past 20 years. We have 2 beautiful daughters in their 30's and both are married and thriving in their own careers.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Provincetown many years ago and would visit when ever possible. In 2018 a door opened for us to purchase a NEW unit and we both jumped in head first! It's been an amazing experience getting it ready and making it grow into this warm comfortable space we envisioned. We have met wonderful people over the years and experience many return renters. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

New Construction was a rare commodity in the Highly desired West end of P-town, only 0.3 to the town center. and 100 steps to everything. The space was right, the location is perfect, the outdoor space is comfortable, the windows are plentiful, allowing us to enjoy the natural light and the ocean air breezes and privacy at this penthouse level. We do have a neighbor at this level and access to their unit is next to ours and their deck is detached from ours separated by the stair case. We are fortunate to be able to enjoy this space year round. Every season has something to offer.
