- Access to the swimming pool of the condominium as well as to the park by the elevator (level -1 RDJ).
- View from the exceptional swimming pool: from Fort de Socoa, from the Bay of St Jean de Luz and up to the Landes beaches. Swimming pool not supervised.

Het was een fantastisch appartement incl parkeren. Loopafstand van alle voorzieningen en strand. Genoeg restaurants. Een mooie locatie voor uitstapje / wandelroutes naar de Pyreneeën, Spaanse kust ect

Excellent logement. Tout etait comme le descriptif. La propriétaire nous a donné de très bons conseils pour les visites des alentours. Logement très propre, nous avons malheureusement pas profiter de la piscine car la chaleur du mois de mai nous l a pas permis. Dommage. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Merci à la propriétaire.

Bonjour, L'appartement est très coquet, décoré avec gout. Tout a été pensé pour le plaisir des occupants. C'est hyper propre et tout est à disposition wifi machine à laver vaiselle et linge, fer a repasser, boulloire, cafetiere... Appartement situé à 5 minutes de la plage, et permet un accès rapide à toutes les destinations rapidement. Séjour d'une semaine en couple

Très bon séjour d'une semaine en juin 2021 dans cet agréable appartement bien situé, proche de tous les sites incontournables et très bien entretenu. Belle résidence calme et arborée, belle vue sur la montagne depuis la terrasse. La propriétaire est d'une grande écoute et disponibilité, et le charmant couple de gardien très hospitalier. Une mention spéciale à la gardienne qui peaufine la propreté de l'appartement. Avis très positif.
