This is a two level, semi-detached family home with exclusive access to the two-story suite and a dedicated driveway. Please utilize the first (north) driveway for parking. When traveling south from Golden, turn left into the first driveway after passing Almberg Road.

Due to its location along Highway 95, there may be some traffic noise at the front of the property. However, the backyard offers a peaceful and pleasant retreat.
