Short walk to Winnepaug salt pond and close to beaches, marina, restaurants, Watch Hill and more! Enjoy the cool sea breezes during the day, and the sound of surf at night. This house offers an open floor plan, modern kitchen (custom cabinets, granite counters) and standard appliances. The master bedroom has a newly remodeled bathroom, with stone tile and granite counter top. Plenty of closet storage. Guest bedroom is across hall from remodeled second bathroom with tub/shower (tile and granite counter). A bonus room is available for additional sleep space (twin bed). There is a full deck on the back of the house complete with large screened-in porch with custom woodwork. Perfect spot for remote work & Zoom meetings! There is an enclosed outdoor shower at the rear of home, for rinsing off sand brought home from your fun days at the beach! Large back yard. Grill. WiFi/Cable.
