'20 Sandollar' is a three story vacation rental in Miramar Beach. This is an end unit with private beach access which includes daily beach chair service(4 chairs and 2 umbrellas valued at $100 w/tax for the daily rate) and no neighbors to the west. This is Very Rare to have a rental with an unobstructed view to the west, along with having 3 parking spaces (99% have 1 or 2). You will love being located on Scenic Gulf Drive right in the middle of all this beach town’s best features such as bike rentals, shopping, and great dining options! Just a two minute walk on the beach you can find a town-favorite restaurant and bar – Pompano Joe's! This corner unit boasts side windows on the main floor and 4 decks overlooking the pristine gulf with unobstructed views for miles.

Home highlights

Two living areas:
The upstairs living area has a 55 inch Smart TV with complimentary access to Direct Stream TV(Ultimate Package) & Netflix included. A Queen Sleeper sofa and love seat. Balcony with seating overlooks the beautiful gulf.

The downstairs living area can be closed off for privacy (a 4th bedroom). It has a 42 inch TV, HD programming, a DVD player, and a Roku with complimentary access to access to Direct Stream TV(Ultimate package) & Netflix. Queen Sleeper sofa.

Kitchen:
A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee pot that can make a pot of coffee or a Keurig single cup. The kitchen has recently been brightened up by the installation of white quartz counter-tops.

Bedrooms:
You will be pleased to find TVs in each bedroom with Netflix & Directv(Ultimate Package) included, a private bath for each bedroom, and white linen service for fresh sheets and duvet covers.

The master suite offers a king bed, black out drapes, and a beautiful view of the Gulf from a private balcony, as well as a walk-in shower with seamless glass and an in-shower bench in the private bathroom. The balcony is furnished with furniture for relaxing and watching the sun rise and set over the Gulf.

The upstairs guest suite offers a queen bed, twin bunk bed, twin murphy bed and a private bath.

The first level queen bedroom has a kitchenette of its own with a Keurig coffee maker as well as a private bathroom and a balcony with seating overlooking the golf.

Outdoor living
This corner unit offers guests striking gulf views from inside the home and from any of the home’s four outdoor decks! This townhouse has outdoor seating on all levels, so you can take in the amazing views and really get to know the Emerald Coast

Tents and Canopies ARE ALLOWED on this beach. We ask that you set up behind the chairs.

6 beach towels provided.

Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout. No carpet.

Grill is provided (New September 2022). We do not provide propane. Use what has been left behind and pay it forward to the next guest by getting a refill if you use it up. Lowe's is 5 minutes away.

A local representative is available for your convenience and peace of mind.

NOTE...We are following strict guidelines for cleanliness and sanitation. As such, we are following all suggested guidelines and have removed all decorative throw pillows, shams and blankets. We will have blankets, cleaned and sealed in plastic for your safety.
