Excellent séjour !
La maison est très belle, très bien aménagée. La piscine est vraiment top, le jardin est magnifique. Chantal est très sympathique, elle est de bons conseils pour passer un excellent séjour en Guadeloupe. Le seul petit bémol, mais vous pouvez rien y faire, c'est la route qui borde le jardin.

Villa de rêve!
Nous étions huit amis et nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés de séjourner dans un tel cadre. Une très belle et grande piscine avec jets de massage. Équipements haut de gamme et une literie exceptionnelle. Une décoration soignée et contemporaine. Très bien située. Je voulais juste rajouter que l'accueil de Chantal a vraiment été apprécié. Elle est formidable et très professionnelle. Nous avons été très sensibles aux petites attentions telles que la corbeille de fruits exotiques et le planteur ainsi que tous les ingrédients nécessaires au premier petit déjeuner. Vraiment un grand merci 👍

Excellentes prestations
Très belle villa, très bien équipée et aménagée avec goût et soin. Excellent rapport qualité/prix au regard des prestations offertes par la villa morgan. Avons apprécié la villa entièrement ouverte, la grande piscine, les équipements du logement (nespresso, machine à laver, grille-pain...), les 4 SDB.. La propreté : jardin entretenu par des jardinets, piscine entretenue par la présence régulière d’une personne en charge. Le service conciergerie : Chantal est très disponible et très agréable.

Absolutely amazing!
Spent two weeks in this villa and it did not disappoint. Chantal welcomed us very well and got us settled properly in the house. The house and outdoor area looks even better in real life compared to the pictures. I do not have a single complaint, everything was perfect. What did we enjoy the most? The HUGE pool! There’s nothing to think about, just rent this house, you will not be disappointed. Location is great and felt safe, the house is in a gated community.

La maison est superbe et agréable à vivre (chaque coupe avait son espace privé, ce qui était très appréciable). La cuisine est très bien équipée, la maison est joliment décorée. Elle se situe proche de tous les commerces et de la marina. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Great place to stay
The layout was ideal for the four couples staying together. The kitchen was well appointed and the home spacious. The pool was cleaned regularly and the grounds were well kept. The property manager Chantel was very helpful to us and ensured all our needs were met . She even went out of her way several time to drive us to the grocery store to purchase heavier items as we did not rent a vehicle. We recommend pest control be hired to spray for ants around the kitchen area and eliminate rodents in the roof area. We also suggest a larger water holding reservoir be purchased as there is often water shortages on the Island. At one point we were without water for three days. We also recommend a boil drinking water advisory be posted in the kitchen area to alert guests or to purchase drinking water.

GENIALISSIME !!!
Vacances très réussies grâce à cette somptueuse villa tout confort et décorée avec goût. Nous y reviendrons sûrement très vite. Tout était parfait. On a eu du mal à refaire les valises pour la quitter !!!! L'emplacement du local poubelles. Une télécommande pour le portail du domaine serait la bienvenue.

Un très beau séjour en famille
La maison correspondait totalement à nos attentes. De belles surfaces avec de beaux volumes, bien décorée, une literie de bonne qualité et une cuisine très bien équipée. Une piscine de rêve, par sa grandeur, sa balnéo et sa situation au centre de la villa. Il manque un ventilateur dans la cuisine et peut-être aussi l'automatisation du portail pour finir d'apporter la qualité premium de la villa.

VILLA MORGAN
La villa est tout à fait conforme à la description. Elle est très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et très bien décorée. Elle est sans vis-à-vis et proche de Saint-François. Merci à Chantal (l’intendante) pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Merci aussi au propriétaire pour sa gentille attention avant notre départ. Le gros inconvénient, et pas des moindres, ce sont les nuisances sonores… Elle est située près d’une route très passante où il y a beaucoup de bruit causé par les voitures, camions, motos. Impossible de faire une sieste au bord de la piscine. Les chambres sont également mal insonorisées car les fenêtres sont équipées de claustras qui laisse passer tous les bruits extérieurs. Il manque des couettes (pour ceux qui sont habitués à dormir avec et non avec de simples draps) et un pèse-personne. Dommage car sinon, tout était parfait…

Facile de rejoindre Chantal qui s’occupe de la maison. Nous avons manqué d’eau durant presque 3 jours, elle a fait son possible pour régler le problème.

La perfection, c'est aussi simple que cela.
L'emplacement : certes avec la route qui passe derrière, mais rien de bien gênant. C'est un sentiment d'être chez soi, en toute intimité, qui prédomine. L'architecture de la maison : frise la perfection. La qualité des matériaux : la perfection. La propreté : la perfection. Les détails : de la glacière, aux sacs de courses, en passant par le Wifi, tout le nécessaire est là, pas de question à se poser. La cuve : pour couvrir les pannes d'eau. La piscine : magique. Le jardin : nickel. Le confort : des lits, du mobilier, la clim dans les chambres, etc. parfait. La proximité des commerces (marina, coeur de St François) : parfait. L'accueil par Chantal : à nouveau parfait. On cherche encore ce qui pourrait être amélioré. Quand c'est parfait, il faut le dire. Une seule envie, y revenir.
