Two bedroom, two bath freshly renovated and decorated with complete remodel in 2021 condo with a wonderful intercostal view on the 3rd floor with lanai overlooking the water and Coon Key. Unit is fully furnished and has everything you need to enjoy some time on sunny Fort Myers Beach or just to get away in the sun. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach for daytime fun, walks, some of the best shelling, or to watch breath taking sunsets. You will experience peaceful living with a pool, and be within minutes of fishing, restaurants, beach access, and Lovers Key State Park. Parking is available at the secured entry building with elevator. Local park area provides plenty of outdoor activity including walking trails, chipping and putting greens, tennis, pickleball, and parking close to the beach!

This spacious condo is a corner unit with multiple views of water. The resident dolphin appeared often in the canal below the lanai. An eagles nest with two young and two parents was a short walk away. It is well equipped including beach gear. The walk to the beach was easy with the beach wagon. Our five-year-old grandson enjoyed pulling the wagon with the provided chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Shelling was excellent. We also enjoyed the condo pool and kayaking in Lovers Key State Park. I highly recommended this condo. Communication with Steve, the owner was excellent.

Great South End Condo

What a beautiful condo in Casa Marina. The unit was completely updated with great views of the intercostal where each day we were able to watch the dolphins and manatees. The pool was beautiful as well and the people staying at Casa Marina were super friendly. Our host was easy to work with and accessible.

The condo is as pictured.

It’s a beautiful and very comfortable clean condo. We particularly enjoyed the lanai off the living room. The sliding glass door opens so you have indoor outdoor living with the screened in porch. The pool was nice and the beach. Very close by was beautiful.

Casa Marina

Our experience at Casa Marina was fantastic. Scott, the host, was incredibly responsive to all our questions. The condo was spotless, with a beautifully updated kitchen featuring a spacious, vibrant countertop. The master bedroom boasted a cozy bed, and we enjoyed daily walks to Estero Blvd and the beach. I would absolutely choose to rent this unit again.

Tastefully updated condo. Casa Marina and the Bay Beach area on the South end of Fort Myers Beach were a perfect place for our 3 week stay. Scott was very responsive and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Renovated Spacious Unit Ft Myers Beach

Spacious 2 Bed, 2 Bath Unit in Ft Myers Beach. Unit has beautiful finishes and is very comfortable with a King and a Queen Bed. Communication with owner has been awesome. Unit is extremely well stocked with all items needed for a great stay. Would definitely rent here again. Location near the beach worked very well.

Fort Myers Beach Vacation!

My friend and I really enjoyed our week stay in this lovely condo. The VRBO host was very responsive to all of our requests. The location was perfect and convenient to all area points of interest. The amenities were excellent! Very nice pool! Beach access! Restaurants! All in all a great place to stay! I would highly recommend it!

Everything about this property was spot on. Owner was very transparent about the minor issues due to hurricane, but in all honesty the property itself, the location, and the view every morning was worth it. Owner was very responsive to questions and made sure everything was what we expected. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend FMBSTRONG!!

Condo was beautiful, not having a key to get in stairwell was frustrating. Luckily someone propped the door open with a rug. Elevator was no working yet, which we knew and was able to negotiate the stairs. Also knew the pool was not open yet. Enjoyed our stay would recommend to anyone who wants to be back in a little peace and quiet

Beautiful Condo

Our week was fabulous, the condo was very well equipped and clean. Besides beach chairs, a wagon, etc. there was even a cooler to use if needed. I loved the washer/dryer on the lanai, awesome to relax with a book, while watching the dolphins swim down the canal!! We were there in May "low season" , so not busy at all. But many condos and businesses are not open yet. Sad to see what the hurricane can do to a beautiful place. Keep in mind the pool isn't open and elevator not working yet (as this condo is on the 3rd floor), we knew this all in advance, so no issue for us. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Scott for your excellent communication with me before and during our stay. We are coming back next year, and will reach out if in this area.

Great weather, less than ideal conditions

As we arrived at the property, we found it very clean. We also noticed that the kitchen had been remodeled, including new appliances, new floor and carpeting had been installed recently and there were new cabinets and countertops in the bathrooms. The views of the bay were great, especially during the sunsets. There we some issues that we encountered, some related to hurricane Ian. The elevator in the building was not operational so every time we left the unit we went up and down 3 flights of stairs. The pool was not open due to the hurricane and the screens on the lanai were torn or completely gone which did not allow for much time to be spent there. It appeared that most of the other units had repaired their screens at that point. When we checked in, we did not have WI-FI access or cable TV. I worked with Scott for about 24 hours to solve the issues, then he arranged for Comcast to come the next day to get the unit connected. We had issues with the curtains in the second bedroom and the shades in the primary bedroom and Scott sent his handyman right away to address those issues. About 3 weeks into our stay, we discovered about a dozen ants in the pantry and near the stove. We set traps and sprayed the area and that took care of the problem. Once Scott was informed about this, he sent his handyman to resolve the situation and handle a couple of other minor issues. Scott was very responsive to the issues and tried his best to resolve them as quickly as possible. It appears the unit had been vacant since the hurricane and quick walk-through prior to our arrival would have allowed him to resolve some issues before we arrived. Overall, the weather and the views were outstanding and we made the best of the situation. As previously stated, some issues were the result of the hurricane, out of Scott's control, and couldn't be helped - hopefully they can be resolved soon.

Property was perfect. Neighborhood was quite and peaceful. Pool was never busy perfect for relaxing. Beach access was easy and not crowded. The apartment itself provides everything you need. Kitchen very modern and well equipped. Furnishings very comfortable. We’ll be back to Ft. Myers next year and will definitely rebook this property. Check in and check out very easy and communication with owner was quick and easy.

Amazing Family Vacation in Fort Meyers Beach!!!

This Condo was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable living room & bedrooms, with each bedroom having its own well designed bathroom, super clean, fully stocked, functional & stunning Kitchen, where we enjoyed making a Seafood Family Feast, and relaxing on the designer furnished & screened in Lanae, It had everything we needed for our daily beach excursions: chairs, umbrella, cooler, swim noodles, and so much more! The Marina Neighborhood is upscale, with beautiful grounds for walking, and amazingly a family of 5 Manatee visit the eastern end of the marina, and we sat on the grass & pier to observe their playful antics! I would definitely rent this memorable venue again! The Owner Scott was super helpful & communicative, so thank you for making our Family Vacation the best! 🏆

Amazing beach getaway

Loved this condo and the host Scott was so easy and helpful to deal with. They had everything you needed for the beach including close parking. Pleasant, quiet and clean

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and spacious. Beds were comfortable, tv has a nice sound bar speaker system. The pool is conveniently located right outside the front doors. Beach is a few minute walk. Breakfast place 1/2 a mile walk down the road. 15 min car ride to wonderful restaurants. Overall a truly relaxing beautiful area. Highly recommend the condo and Fort Myers Beach ! Scott was a great accommodating host.

Great condo!

Scott’s condo is very comfortable and clean, views are great from the lanai, the location is good for walkers as there is a trail where the old golf course was just across the street or walk around other developments or across Estero to the beach! It is well supplied except a scant amount of tp and no paper towel but the cleaners just forgot to restock but be prepared. Pool is nice. Scott was a good communicator.
