Your Abode is equipped with a smart TV or streaming device (Roku) which allows guests to access their own streaming accounts that are automatically logged out at checkout. Your Abode does not have cable or satellite service but the streaming device does provide some free TV and movie content.

Stretch out in a large space lots of natural light and enjoy an expansive city view! Then steal away into the private, cozy bed, or live it up in the huge master bedroom!

-Parking | Overnight paid valet parking is available for purchase on-site from the building. Rates may vary but are approximately $25/night.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in Downtown Dallas, minutes from the Dallas World Aquarium, Museum of Art, American Airlines Center, and Reunion Tower. The best areas to bar-hop close by are Deep Ellum and Uptown. Buy fresh produce at the local farmers' market.

Getting Around:
Off-site parking includes public paid parking lots located within the vicinity of the building.

| Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking the same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival form and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.

| Locals | Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of the listing's city). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.
