4 Bedrooms: 3 queen beds, 1 with twin beds. 2 baths and an outdoor shower. Large sunny deck with gas grill. Recently updated includes an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, A/C, Heat and a wood stove. Walk to town that has a grocery/deli, snack bar, liquor store, library, the Casino Restaurant and Grill. Also, a short walk to Fire Island Seashore's Watch Hill Beach.
Catch the ferry from Patchogue. Docking for boaters and a local water taxi that will take you to other fantastic Fire Island towns for a day out.

Great Davis Park rental, Very helpful owners.

Our family enjoyed the comfortable, bright common areas of this house. The well equipped kitchen and large deck were perfect for family dinners. Duane exceeded expectations to provide extras.

Great comfortable house with lots of light

This is a very comfortable recently renovated property with a nice, sunny, living room. The kitchen is well appointed including an ice-maker(!), dishwasher, blenders, and other appliances. A big, new, Weber gas grill on the porch takes care of BBQ'ing. This house has central air -- unusual in many F.I. homes. Nice! Less than a 5 min walk from a quiet part of the beach, the location is good. Finally, Duane & Patty are good people that respond to questions promptly and are great to deal with. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants a relaxed stay at Davis Park.

House was not clean. Oven did not work only stove barbecue only worked halfway insulation in closets where Blankets are stored exposed onto blankets.

Home away from home

This house was perfect for my friends and I. Very cute and comfortable. The deck was my favorite part we were outside most of the time with the beautiful weather. Will definitely be coming back :)
