New terraced house, 4 bedrooms, cozy, with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Organized on two floors.

The lower part is the day area: kitchen, lounge, toilet, terrace with secure access to the pool. The first floor is the sleeping area: double bed (150) suite with bathroom and toilet, bedroom with bunk bed, double room (140), room with sofa bed, toilet and shower room.

Great uncrowded pool in park of 3. 500m2. The beach that runs from Segur de Calafell Calafell is 5.5 km long, the early birds will make their jogging early in the morning in the summer! It remains a family beaches par excellence, by its size, but also by the quality of water and sand. It is possible to rent sun beds, it is equipped with showers and toilets, and monitored by the Red Cross. Many shops, bars and restaurants all along the beach.

Gastronomy is paramount in Catalonia. Tapas accompany the white wines of the Penedès and absolutely unique red wines of Priorat, but the area of Calafell and Vilanova is famous for its fresh fish and shellfish.

The market of Vilanova i la Geltru, spectacular Saturday morning is a true pleasure for the eyes but also the ears! You can taste in restaurants in the area famous Xato salad with raw cod and tomato sauce, garlic and almonds. Also try the delicious paella Fideua-pasta to seafood to enjoy with his aioli or even the samfaina who blackmails Mediterranean vegetables accompanying meat and fish that you can grill on the barbecue beautiful home.

Nearby, the inevitable city of Sitges with its designer boutiques and iconoclastic atmosphere. A little further north, the Catalan capital, Barcelona: 50 min by train from Calafell conditioning. To travel and visit the Touristic Bus is a simple option that allows to see a lot in a short time. In the south, the unmissable Port Aventura theme park with its Aquatic Park will delight the young as well as old.

Beautiful area and nice home

The house was in a great area. We did not get the same house as advertised, but It was still great. Probaly because they rent out different houses that are similar. When we arrived somebody was there to let us in en give us some instructions. On the last day (while packing) we noticed dirt behind the beds, so It was clear It wasn't cleaned thorougly. The swimming pool was very busy our whole vacation. When we arrived there was no toilet paper at all. So we had to hurry to find a store that was open on a Sunday night. Usually when we go on vacation, there is at least one or two rolls at the vacation home. Also not all to rooms had a fan, so that was a bummer. The shower in the master bedroom didn't had warm water. So there is a little room for improvement. In spite of all that, we did very much enjoy our time there. The house was big enough for all of us (family of 9). We felt very safe there with camera's and alarm. Our kids loved to swim there. The swimming pool was just in front of the house and the other peoply living there/vacationing were very friendly. And the beach is just 7 minutes away by car. Also there was a little book/folder in the house with recommadations where to eat, where to go in case of a emergency etc. which we found very helpfull. We recommend!

l'hôte/ propriétaire de la maison nous a gâché nos vacances

C'est vrai la région est bien à découvrir ! mais la propriétaire et sa maison est à déconseiller. En effet, l'hygiène à la maison n'était pas respectée (alors que les frais de nettoyage sont compris dans le prix de la location). Nous avions trouvé plein de poussière par tout, mon fils de 16 ans en est allergique, a passé un mauvais séjour. L'emplacement véhicule ne prend pas 2 véhicules, contrairement à ce qu'on nous a été dit. Chaque soir je devais faire le tour de la résidence pour trouver une place. les rideaux dans les chambres coincés/bloqués, la porte coulissante de la terrasse ne se verrouille pas,.... comme l'état des lieux n'a pas été fait par l'hôte à notre arrivée, tous dysfonctionnements ou casses et frais de réparation, nous a été facturés, ce n'est pas juste et inadmissible ! Comme je l'ai signalé à l'hôte, je ferai tout ce qui est dans mon pouvoir pour faire valoir mes droits. Nos vacances étaient un échec à cause de la communication de l'hôte et de la gestion de sa propriété.

Logement confortable dans belle résidence

Logement fonctionnel et agréable, conforme aux photos. Un peu de bruit lié à la promiscuité des voisins et prévoir son papier toilette à l'arrivée !

Superbe séjour entre mer et culture

Superbe location.. très bien équipée ; très propre.. dans une résidence sympathique pleine de vie et de bonne humeur. Anne Claire est d'excellent conseil et une hôte attentionnée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre les plages de Calafell, la piscine de la résidence et les très nombreuses visites touristiques ( Barcelone, monastères citersciens, Tarragone...) N hésitez pas !!!

Très agréable séjour

Location tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Impeccable et très bien équipée. Belle piscine spacieuse peu fréquentée dans un jardin verdoyant. Voisins sympathiques et avenants. À recommander.

casa agradable

La casa esta bien en general, los vecinos muy agradables. Pasamos mucho calor, no habia aire acondicionado, pero estuvimos bien. El mayor inconveniente es que hasta 10 días después no hemos recuperado la fianza, estamos muy descontentos con esto. Normalmente cuando sales de la casa se revisa que esta todo en orden y se devuelve la fianza, pues 10 días hemos tardado!

A RECOMMANDER

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons chez Anne-Claire, et nous adorons, nous avons passé 3 semaines très agréables. Anne-Claire (la propriétaire) est très arrangeante et Sonia qui nous a accueillis sur place est très gentille. Les voisins sont forts sympathiques, Alonzo( el présidente) ne sait pas quoi faire pour vous être agréable. Que dire de la piscine et du jardin ( parc) , environnement agréable est propre, très bien entretenu, verdoyant et très rare en Espagne avec de l’herbe. La maison est bien équipée, tout juste pour des vacances. La plage super propre et spacieuse, les enfants sont au Paradis, en plus il y a toujours des jeux : balançoire, toboggan, cages a poule … ! L’on peut passer de bonnes soirées à Calafel ou même à Segur de Calafel Je vous conseille .le train pour Barcelone c’est facile et super vous arrivez au centre pas de problème pour garer la voiture et cela revient beaucoup moins cher. Nous ferons volontiers de la publicité.

Très bon séjour!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Ségur de Calafell. Nous étions 2 familles avec 4 enfants et la maison et l'ensemble du complexe était juste parfait. L'accès direct à la piscine nous a permis d en profitter un maximum tout en les sachant en sécurité. La terrasse est bien assez grande pour pouvoir y manger à 8. La maison est spacieuse très bien équipée et sécurisée... Anne-Claire (la propriétaire) est très arrangeante et Sonia qui nous a accueillie sur place est très gentille. Nous avons eu tout de même un peu chaud sans la climatisation mais la double orientation de la villa nous permettait de tempérer facilement... En résumé super semaine de vacances à refaire sans hésiter...

Nous avons été déçu par la location (loin de la plage, assez bruyant et avec un lave-vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas avec 3 trois enfants...) et cela ne s'est pas arrangé par la suite puisque nous n'avons pas récuperé notre caution, sans que l'on nous fournisse le moindre justificatif ou la moindre photo nous en expliquant la raison.

A recommencer, bonne adresse

La maison est moderne et bien équipée. Alex et Anne-Claire sont des propriétaires sympathiques, (ainsi que les voisins), l'environnement est agréable grande piscine et jardin verdoyant. Bien que la plage et les magasins sont à 2 kilomètres de la maison, il faut absolument une voiture car les rues sont pentues ( plusieurs cotes à 20% ). Nous avons passés 3 semaines très agréables. A 5 minutes il est possible de passer de bonnes soirées à Calafel, bars, restos, petits magasins de souvenirs, à 20 minutes Sitges vaut le détours, et Barcelone est train c'est super. Maison bien équipée, jardin et piscine super!

La maison est coquette, moderne et bien équipée. Propriétaires sympas, bien pour aller en famille ou à 2 couples avec enfants. On était presque seuls à la piscine. Bonne adresse.

Parfait pour visiter Barcelone et Port Aventura

Nous sommes restés 15 jours. Parfait pour visiter Barcelone (train climatisé depuis Calafell) et passer du temps à Port Aventura. La maison est agréable. Plage super propre et... spacieuse!
