Amazing Ocean View Condo - Updated furnishings throughout!

Looking for a vacation spot where every time you come back, you experience the same high level of quality? At our Koastal View oceanfront condo, we personally renovated and equipped this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo to become ‘that’ vacation spot where you will want to book your next visit before you leave.

Koastal View is located on the 5th floor at Pelican Watch, Carolina Beach. It has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation! Pelican Watch features secured access after 9 PM, 2 elevators, a heated indoor pool & hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool, ocean front picnic area with charcoal grills, private sundeck, private beach walkway, outside shower and bike racks. Two parking passes are provided for the parking lot across the street. Guests can unload next to the front door, and luggage carts and two elevators are available to help you get your things up to the unit.

Enjoy fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean at Koastal View, and wake up to the sound of the surf and watch the sunrise without even getting out of bed! We strive to make the condo a very comfortable 'home away from home'. We continue to make updates to our home to ensure our guests have a fantastic experience and vacation.

The large ocean front balcony is equipped with 4 pub height Amish-built chairs and pub table, which is perfect for morning coffee or cocktails at sunset. Watch the dolphins, pelicans, boats and surfers.

The ocean front Master features a comfortable King bed, flat screen TV and private bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom has an equally comfortable Queen bed and flat screen HD TV and shares a common bath with combination tub/shower. The ocean front Living Room features a Queen Sleeper Sofa, with a 50” flat screen TV.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher), and is also well equipped with cooking supplies. The wet bar area is perfect for making your favorite cocktails. A full size front load washer and dryer, blender, toaster, coffee makers (Keurig & drip), iron, ironing board, luggage racks, and hair dryers are available for your convenience. Board games, cards and many books are also available for your use.

Smoking and Pets are NOT permitted at this property. Outdoor pools are normally open Memorial Day to Labor Day (weather permitting). The front doors are locked after 9 PM. Therefore, you must arrive at the unit (on your first day) prior to 9 PM in order to gain access.

Great beach vacation spot

Short walk to beach and ocean grill restaurant also close. The Spot was also close by and the best food and service by far.

Great Family Vacation

This is our 2nd year in a row vacationing in Carolina Beach. Staying at the same location. Kostal View at Pelican Watch is an amazing unit with all the amenities you could want. Wonderful and Relaxing Stay in Carolina Beach

Second year in a row that have stayed at this property, and once again it did not disappoint. I've stayed at a lot of rental homes over the years and must say I've not stayed in one so well-appointed. From the updated kitchen and all the utensils/cooking implements you will need to the awesome approach to paying it forward (i.e. there was toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent already stocked when we arrive - just made sure to leave behind our contribution upon departure), this place does not disappoint. Fantastic location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing time! The condo was beautiful and so comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond with amenities. Check in was so convenient, too. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. Our 10 year old granddaughter had so much fun, she didn’t want to leave. We would definitely love a return visit!

Photos don't do it justice!!

Recently spent 6 days in the property and I couldn't have been happier! All the amenities and comfort of home with an extraordinary view!! Literally, as you walk in the front door, you're greeted with ocean. No need for alarm clocks, you actually WANT to wake up to the sunrise! The location was also perfect. A mile or less to bars, restaurants, coffee, shops, etc.. Our secret find that we forgot to mention in the guestbook.... The Sandspur!! Great food. Chill vibes. Great staff. I think we were there 4 times in 6 days! Plenty of options in this building but would never consider looking elsewhere. A return is already being discussed!

Excellent location, nice condo, and responsive host

The building is far enough from the busiest biz area to be quiet at night and still only a short drive away from grocery stores and restaurants. The unit offers an unobstructed breathtaking view of the ocean. The room is clean, well decorated, and extremely well stocked. Host is very friendly and responsive. The beds are little too firm for my taste, but that's just my personal preference. Would highly recommend.

We opened the door for the first time and was mesmerized by the view of the ocean. We loved the room long porch and wall of glass for a better ocean view. Room was well stocked and above expectations. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The owners responded quickly and truly care about their renters. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Wonderful Get-Away

The condo location was perfect! The condo had all the extra things that you would need for your stay. The host was readily available for any needs. I will definitely being using this beautiful condo again! And, we left a wallet there!! And the cleaners and owners were wonderful info to look for it in the condo, find it and send it to us! They are awsome and so is their place!!!

GREAT BEACH STAY!

Great property, AWESOME view. Kitchen great for cooking, plenty of space for everything we needed. Easy to get into the building and dragging all the beach stuff out onto the beach was no problem and a very short walk. We have dreamed of owning beachfront property for years. We fell in love with the location and the friendly people in both the complex and in Carolina Beach. The unit is spacious and the views are amazing.

Why they chose this property

Its a feeling you get everytime you come back to Carolina Beach. The local people are very nice, the restaurants are fun, and everything you need is so close.

What makes this property unique

We wanted to make this unit very comfortable and not have the traditional wicker/steel furniture you see in most condos. We wanted to provide nicer bedding and mattresses along with new clean appliances. We tried to 'think of everything' so you don't have to think about anything, but what you are going to do on next on your vacation.
