The glass and wood design favors the sea view and the nature of all living rooms. Absolute calm. A master suite including: 1 bed 160x190, a shower and a bath, a room with 2 single beds.
2 parking spaces. Kitchen including a dishwasher, a 6-burner induction hob, a griddle, a combined steam oven, a fridge-freezer. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer. Many sites to discover: the Berthaume fort, Le Conquet (departure for the islands of Ushant and Molène), Pointe Saint-Mathieu (Abbey, lighthouse, Hostellerie ...), the Crozon Peninsula,
5 minutes walk from the Villa: creperie, restaurant and pizzeria. Bus stop from the Brest-Le Conquet line.
10 minutes of transport: the seawater pool La Tréziroise (Plougonvelin) and the cinema Le Dauphin,
20 minutes: Brest metropolis to discover (The Capuchins, the urban cable car, Océanopolis, the Castle)
