This house completely renovated and equipped to new in 2017, any comfort, is divided into 2 apartments with independent entrance and garden. It is located in a peaceful residential area, just 5 minutes walk from the 2 beaches of Val André and the port of Dahouët with its children's playground and its shops (bakery, local grocery store, cafés and restaurants).

Our pretty seaside resort is very animated the summer and multiple activities are proposed there: nautism, exit at sea, surfing, sand yacht, paragliding, tennis, golf, marine spa ...).
It is ideally located with:
- near beautiful beaches and landscapes all along the coast of Penthièvre: Sable d'Or les Pins, Portuais and Lortuais, Cape Erquy, Cap Frehel, Fort la Latte.
- The Pink Granite Coast at 1h30 drive: Perros Guirec, Trégastel, Ploumanac'h, Pleumeur Bodou
- admirable cities such as the corsair city of St-Malo & Dinard, Dinan and its Rance valley, Cancale, without forgetting the unavoidable Mont St-Michel 100 km.

On the ground floor, very bright room composed of a living room with TV and an open kitchen fully equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher).

Week-end bien agréable

Nous étions là pour assister au départ de la course de la route du rhum qui, malheureusement, a été reportée mais nous nous sommes promenés dans less environs, malgré tout sous une météo relativement clémente. La maison est très accueillante et le séjour était très agréable !

Joli secteur, belle balade, propriétaire disponible.

Pour un premier weekend en famille, nous avons misé juste puisque tout le monde en redemande. Une propriétaire disponible et pleine de bons conseilles, une maison agréable donnant accès à plusieurs sentiers, à la plage et à la ville à pied, un joli secteur, d'agréable moments en perspective... alors n'hésitez même pas! Très bel appartement tout confort

Très bel appartement tout confort: 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain et 2 toilettes. Décoré avec goût, très bien équipé, au calme, à 10 minutes de la plage à pied, avec un plus : un beau jardin pour en profiter. Accueil chaleureux et bons conseils pour les balades et restaurants.
