This little cabin was beautiful! My children fell in love, both with location and decorations within. It was very well stocked with everything from pots, pans and dishes to plenty of towels and toiletries. Great location as well, the Soco Falls, Tube world and everything else we wanted to do was all very close. I took my kids for a birthday surprise getaway and we will definitely be back again, they had so much fun tbey were sad to meave.
We had the best stay in this lovely cabin! It was comfortable, clean, and provided the perfect place to relax and connect as a family. We enjoyed cooking s’mores at the outside fire pit and watching the rabbits and an elk that were just outside the cabin. This is simply the best rental I have ever stayed at!
My wife, toddler and myself loved this small but suffencient cabin. It was beautiful early in the morninga and the sound of the creek rushing by was amazing.
Great time. Trees changing color in mountain across the street. Very peaceful and quiet. Really enjoyed the fire pit. Also seen few elk down the road. Will definitely be back.
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It’s so quaint and cozy. Everything was clean and had nice decorations (we were there right after Christmas/New Years). The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. It’s very close to tubing and to the road that takes you to the ski resort, which is very convenient. . The owner was responsive and flexible.
We loved the cabin but had difficulty w/Wifi, despite specific directions in email. Calls and messages sent through VRBO app went unanswered. We never got a response or help w/Wifi. The heater upstairs seemed to not work but
we used extra blanket.
We enjoyed the cabin ambiance (wood interior, gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit, giant loft bedroom) without having to make a long drive up and down narrow mountain roads to a more remote location. This cabin is cozy and conveniently located in Maggie Valley. It looks just like the pictures. Note, there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal which was a slight adjustment for us. I had a couple of questions, and the owner quickly responded every time. In my opinion, I think it is an ideal space for a group of four people or less, although it can accommodate more. I definitely recommend this cabin, and would like to visit it again.
First of all, I was thrilled to see a group of elk (mom & youth) walking down the driveway during our first morning. Nothing like sitting on the porch, sitting coffee, watching the elk stroll by! Now that is truth in advertising! Loved this cozy cabin for our group of 3 (hubs, college-age son, and myself). Each night, we prepared dinner and ate on the screened porch out back. Played cornhole and watched the sky change at dusk. The view is beautifuly--very quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes from the main thoroughfare in Maggie Valley. Beds were very comfy but note that they are located in the sleeping loft in case you have someone in your party who cannot navigate stairs. Our son slept on the futon. Lots of fans and window units to keep loft cool while separate a/c unit downstairs. Sit on the porch and listen to the babbling creek nearby; you'll love it.
We definitely enjoyed our stay, we were able to check in early. The house was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed sitting on the porch and looking at the beautiful view. Will be back again for sure!
The grass wasn't cut, the shower was small there were dead bugs behind the TV, and it looks like they just swept the dirt and dust under the beds and behind the end tables, spider webs everywhere on the back porch and in the windows, and they charged me for a cleaning service if I knew all that I would never have stayed there, I guess you live and learn, I wouldn't recommend it, all that you could get on the TV was Netflix and other internet channels, everyone is not into that, but we did see a few elk
Delightful time visiting the property. We enjoyed the local wild life. An elk came around to the backyard. And the lovely local rooster. Visited us most mornings. Great screened in porch. One outlet in bedroom did not work.

Cozy cabin in the mountains was a perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. It was kept very clean inside and out. Plenty of room for all four of us to sleep comfortably. We especially enjoyed making s’mores around the fire pit outside and drinking coffee on the porch in the morning. The kids were especially pleased to see an elk not far from the cabin shortly after arriving.
We loved the cabin. Easy access. Had everything we needed. Advertising photo was up to date.
The cabin was just as pictured on line. Very good easy to get to everything inside was perfect the decor was perfect the beds the everything was just perfect we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay look forward to coming again one thing I would mention that would be a nice safety hazard for everyone would be a half safety rail in the shower gets a little slippery when you bend over to wash your feet
Very pleased with our stay! The location was great and the cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and well kept. Would highly recommend staying here!
We had a great stay in this cabin in Maggie Valley . Saw some Elk on our first day there just down the street from the cabin. Cabin was well equipped with everything we needed. Cooked a few meals on the grill outside while playing some corn hole. Cabin was small but just right for us. It was a little dusty and had a few spiderwebs in the corners and the rafters but mostly clean other than that. The bed was noisy and very soft, which made my back hurt but it was just right for my wife. We would stay there again, for sure!
