**Enjoy this stunning, SPACIOUS, meticulously constructed, high end cottage that has been custom built with beautiful furnishings and top of the line appliances. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a 7-foot quartz countertop island with rotating bar stools-perfect for entertaining family gatherings. The cottage has an open concept kitchen/dining/living room feel that can easily accommodate 2 families or larger groups.

**This cottage has spacious bedrooms-plenty of room for 8 guests or 2 families. It has comfy king and queen beds with your comfort in mind. The loft area has a “magical sleeping area” for the kids, beautifully lit with fairy lights. There is a large full-sized bathroom in the loft and another full-sized bathroom on the main floor that has heated floors, and an amazing open concept walk in shower. This is one of a kind and a very unique custom-built shower!

**Enjoy the captivating Okanagan Lake view from the covered main deck where you can sit at the HUGE custom-made picnic table that seats 8 while you BBQ your favorite meats and veggies. Enjoy your coffee in the morning or your preferred beverage in the evening on the top deck and take in the beautiful views of the lake while watching the boaters and paddle boarders in the summer months. Or if you prefer some privacy, enjoy the back patio while you take in your favorite book or just have some quiet time to yourself. Enjoy the private hot tub (or cool pool in the summer) on the back patio as well.

**La Casa resort offers everything that you could ever want for a vacation destination and then some! 2 heated pools, 3 hot tubs, volleyball court, tennis, pickleball courts and mini golf are all included in your rental. There is a large marina with rental slips available to rent from the main office. Beaches are accessible for not only the two-legged vacationers, but as we allow dogs to join you on your holiday, there's a beach for them as well!

**Everyone will have a blast in the water swimming out to the water trampolines and relaxing in the lounge chairs by the beach. Kayaks and SUPs are available to rent!

**There is a brand new fully stocked La Casa Market with a liquor store where you can buy pretty much everything and anything you need or have forgotten. The Market Kitchen makes burgers, tacos, wings, fish and chips and more. It is highly recommended that you bring ALL of your food/drink items, spices, clothing, beach/pool wear, toiletries, medicine, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, etc… Once you are at the resort, you really do not want to leave.

**There are beautiful hiking trails across the La Casa development and gorgeous viewpoint spots with places to take in the views. The cottage/resort sits adjacent to Fintry Park. This park is over 360 hectares in size and is a nature lovers paradise. Hiking trails and ATV trails connect into Fintry Park set right behind and beside the development.

**Fintry Park’s official entrance is a 5-10 min drive from La Casa and offers an array of hiking ranges for many ability levels, beautiful waterfall hikes, amazing ATV trails and, in the winter, some of the Okanagan’s best snowshoeing and ice fishing.

**In the summer, Fintry park has a boat launch, canoeing, windsurfing, sandy beaches and kids and adults will enjoy jumping off the lighthouse at Fintry park. The boat launch at the resort is narrower and a little steep so I suggest using Fintry Park boat launch as it is larger and an easier boat launch.

**There are also two ski hills within a 60 to 90 min drive from the cottage for wintertime fun. The furthest from us is Big White, which is a huge resort with many runs (about 90 minutes). Next closest is Silver Star in Vernon, another large mountain with amazing champagne Okanagan powder in the winter to explore. Both are family friendly mountains with ski schools and full services. La Casa has a shuttle van to Silver Star for your convenience.

**If you are wanting to explore the Okanagan, why not tour some of the world class wineries. The Okanagan is wine country. There are some of the best wines in the world made here in this region and the cottage is surrounded by vineyards from a 30 to 40 min drive away to suit your preferences. Some of these include Frind Winery, Mission Hill, Quails Gate, Cedar Creek, Sand Hill, Volcanic Hills, Indigenous World, Mt. Boucherie, to name a few. Wine tour vans do come out to the resort, so why not book a wine tour while you are here. There are also plenty of local fruit stands with local, delicious treats. You can also enjoy the nightlife in Kelowna, with restaurants, clubs, and bars for enjoyment.

**One thing you won't want to miss out on is our resort golf cart! This four-passenger cart will allow your family to travel down to the beach or to the upper pool and hiking trails in comfort. Rental of the cart is offered either by the day or the week and will be welcomed by those with small children or those who want to skip exercising on their holiday. La Casa Resort is quite hilly, so these carts are very popular for owners to have, but not common to be offered with rentals. Rental of golf cart will depend on availability as it is shared amongst 10 cottages and will be on a first come, first served basis. ** Cottage comes with a golf cart that is available to rent for $110.00/day + tax.**
