About this property

Family Beach Getaway

Family friendly townhouse overlooking beautiful pool and the beach. Kitchen and living room skylights makes the upper level ideal for entertaining or just soaking in the joys of summer time on the North Carolina coast! Not to mention, four different balconies for enjoying the ocean views and sunsets over the intracoastal waterway. Full cable TV package and wireless Internet access included. We are set up for family fun including DVD movies, three TVs, and board games. No smoking and no pets, please.


Family beach vacation perfection! We purchased this lovely town house in 2007, and enjoyed every minute we could there. Unfortunately we have had to relocate, but our loss is your gain! Please consider North Topsail Beach and our Shipwatch town house for your vacation plans.

Property Features: Our two story, end unit is very bright and comfortable. It has under-unit parking and storage for your gear. From the parking area, you walk up one flight of stairs to the entrance door. A master bedroom, 2nd bedroom and full bath are located on the first level. The second story features a large living room, kitchen and dining area flooded with sunshine from the skylights. There are decks off the master bedroom and living room that overlook the ocean and swimming pool. Balconies off the second bedroom and kitchen provide views of the intercoastal waterway. Enjoy the extended cable with movie channels or bring your lap-top and surf using the wireless Internet connection.

Swimming pool dates: Memorial Day Weekend until mid October.

North Topsail Beach: North Topsail Beach is perfect for your next vacation getaway. The long, unspoiled beaches give you the perfect retreat from the crowds. Beach chairs and beach toys are provided to help you enjoy the beach. Just a short distance away there are a wide variety of restaurants ranging from fast food and pizza, to fresh local seafood. Activities in the area include golf, miniature golf, boating, fishing, diving, and biking. North Topsail is conveniently located between Jacksonville and Wilmington NC so that you can take a quick trip and see the sites of these fine cities.

Great Location
Lots of space to spread out and great location with easy access to the beach. Several things were broken or not working, including the futon. Floors also were dirty and don’t look like they had been swept. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our time here.

A cute beach weekend getaway
The townhome accommodated my spouse and my friend very nicely. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the access to the pool. Hosts were very responsive. The check in and check out process were very smooth. Kitchen is also well stocked with appliances / utensils. I love all the balconies. Overall, a great price for the value! Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a charming townhouse! It was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. We very much appreciated the detailed instructions so we knew what was expected of us as your guests. While the beds were not very comfortable, that is truly to be expected as everyone has their own bedding preferences. Thank you for allowing us into your home.

We love this spot
Thank you , Paul and Cheryl, for a wonderful place in a wonderful spot near the beach, this was out fourth or fifth time, and we cannot wait to come back. It feels like home but better, because there is a beautiful beach, wonderful pool and the ocean, we love the seafood markets around as well and the Maine Lobster Shack restaurant with the best lobster rolls ever.

Easy access to pool and beach
We were there during hurricane Debby and felt safe in the town house. The waves were fierce. But we were able to find lots of shark teeth. All appliances worked and were thankful for a nice washer and dryer. We were in and out of the rain all week. The kitchen was fully furnished with coffee maker, dishes, bowls, pans etc. Just bring your own paper products, dish and clothes detergents in case the renter before you didn't leave any. We wouldn't hesitate to rent it for next season.

What a View!!
This condo has a fantastic view of both the ocean and pool. There are 5 balconies to enjoy the ocean and bay view. A spacious condo with updated baths. The pictures do not show how light and airy the unit is. Also, the owners are very responsive! Enjoyed my stay and will be back.

End of school weekend get away!
Quit and close to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with everything that you need! Home owners were only a quick text away and most helpful! Best advice - be prepared for stairs!!!

Happy time at the beach
This was a very nice beachy property. My only disappointment was that the pool is not open until Memorial Day and I was there in early May. But the beach itself was wonderful and the property has everything you need for a vacation. All the directions were spot on as far as the checking in and checking out.

Memorial Weekend Stay
Had a wonderful weekend with our two sons! The communication before check in was very helpful. The property is as described and was very relaxing! Great location in Topsail and it's an easy walk to the beach. Great view of the ocean and pool from the second floor balcony. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The family room is very cozy as well. We'd stay here again if we are around Topsail again.

Perfect for Families
We had a wonderful beach weekend here. We have 3 small kids and it was the perfect stay for our family. The walk to the beach was short and easy enough for even our 2 year old and the property had everything we needed and more. The owners are very nice and were great with communication.
