Welcome to a place where the old meets the new. The 90’s Homestay is a little house on the 2nd floor of an old French building in the center of Hanoi Capital. Beautifully located on Ly Thuong Kiet Street as one of the busiest commercial streets of the city, where you can walk to most of the famous scenes within minutes, our apartment will make you feel as if you are a part of Vietnamese culture. Perfect place to observe Hanoian daily life.

This is the first time you visit Hanoi? Or you have been to Hanoi many times but your local experience is still missing?
The 90's is an ideal place for you to discover our beloved Hanoi. Located on the 2nd floor of an ancient French building, the apartment has just recently renovated with the idea to make it become an outstanding oasis in the wake of Hanoi urban scenery. You can experience the beauty of Hanoi daily life by seeing the welcome neighbor downstairs set up their tiny kiosks on the pavement, having our traditional breakfast named " Pho" or enjoying a local home-made morning coffee. Stay with us and feel Hanoi in your very own ways.

- A small but beautiful kitchen for making lovely pancakes.
- A toilet-shower area
- A private loft is a quick walk up to the upstairs where you can find your cozy space with a queen size bed after a long day. Here you can also sit down, have a coffee or enjoy a book. This will be a perfect way of relaxation from the hustle and bustle of city life.

- The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an old building and there is no elevator. The building might look a little bit dirty and broken down outside but due to its historical value and its own charm, we hope you enjoy this look as it's totally different you're your country.
