Charming cottages in Périgord from 8 to 24 people from 60E / pers / week

Designed to comfortably accommodate 24 people, the Gîtes de La Braude are available in two separate entities communicating through an interior garden: The barn and the house. It is possible to rent only one of the two structures outside the summer season, at a reduced rate.

Ideally located below Belves, a small medieval town where you can get your supplies, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, the lodgings enjoy absolute country tranquility, while being a few kilometers from the Dordogne River and major tourist sites surrounding.

Vacance en famille

Un gite formidable pour notre grande famille. Tout le monde a pu profiter du lieu à sa façon. Petanque, balançoire, ping-pong, baby-foot, animaux, jacuzzi... equipements parfaits pour le nombre que l'on etait. Et Aurelie est aux petits soins. Un sejour exceptionnel dans une region magnifique.

Fantastic private location for exploring the Dordogne

We were a family and friends group of 18 - from 4 yrs old to early 70s. The location is brilliant - private but with good road, rail and air access and wonderful locations to explore- the markets at Salat, the evening food at Belves, the amazing chateaux and forts, the Lascau cave painting experience. The cave dwellings in Belves and the canoeing at Sioraic. We enjoyed using the large well equipped kitchen to cook meals for the group - eaten outside in the verandah area - lots of seating. The pool area was perfect for us - lots of shaded space for lounging and swimming. The spa area is a little paradise.

Au calme avec activités variées

Lieu paisible en pleine nature où nous avons pu profiter de tous les équipements. Les chambres et salles de bain sont spacieuses. Une terrasse ombragée nous a permis de passer de bons moments autour de repas et de jeux en famille. Le soleil était au RDV pour notre plus grand plaisir.

Perfekt für größere Gruppen/Familien

Das Objekt ist wunderschön, großzügig und genial gelegen. Die Gastgeberin ist charmant und unaufdringlich aufmerksam. Bei kleinen Problemen (das Kochgas ging aus) war sofort jemand zur Stelle. Wir waren 15 Erwachsene und hatten drinnen und draußen mehr als genug Platz, um gemeinsam zu essen. Das „Nebenhaus“ hat nicht so schöne Zimmer wie das Haupthaus und ist an Badezimmern schlechter ausgestattet, das sollte man wissen. Grill und Plancha sind perfekt, die Kaffeemaschine könnte für ein paar Euro erneuert werden. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein, ruhig und im Herzen des wunderbaren Périgords. Wir haben eine phantastische Woche verlebt, jederzeit wieder!

Super week-end entre amis !

J'avais réservé le gite de Cyril afin de fêter mes 30 ans avec mes amis et nous avons passé un week-end parfait ! De nombreux équipements permettent de profiter pleinement du lieu. Les nombreuses chambres et salles de bain offrent un véritable confort, et les hôtes sont disponibles à toute heure pour que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible. Je recommande chaleureusement !

Un très bon WE

J’ai réservé cette superbe propriété pour inviter mes amis pour mes 30 ans, et tout s’est parfaitement passé. Cyril et Aurelie étaient très disponibles dès la réservation pour toutes mes questions, et surtout très sympathiques et bienveillants. Les 2 maisons sont magnifiques, typiques du coin. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien. Les multiples activités disponibles rendent les temps calmes joyeux : billard, baby foot, Ping pong, pétanque, flechettes… la région est magnifique ! Je recommande chaudement. A bientôt !

Superleuk huisje!

Wij zijn met verschillende families naar deze woning gegaan en hebben er een superleuk verblijf gehad. De gastvrouw neemt haar tijd om met de kindjes de diertjes te voederen wat echt een meerwaarde was. Ook het ponyrijden ter plaatse was een leuke plus! Zeer ruime en praktische keuken en living en hele leuke buiten. Wij hebben genoten! :)

Lovely Country Retreat

Impressively furnished property with loads of room, decent outdoor space and plenty of activities availble for adults and children alike (swimming pool, table tennis, pool table, petanque, hot tub etc...). Nicely set in a rural area, quiet and peaceful. Great boulangerie just down the road, with plenty of place to see and things to do in nearby towns and village on or near to the river Dordogne. Owners live nearby and are endlessly helpful when required. Really enjoyed our stay. We were a group of old school mates, all with young families and La Braude was excellent for us.

Traumurlaub für eine Großfamilie

Sehr, sehr zuvorkommende und liebenswerte Vermieter! Die Beschreibung stimmt 100% - die Lage und Einrichtung sind optimal. Und hat man Wünsche werden diese umgehend umgesetzt. Die Kinder werden mit Tierfütterung und frischen Eiern beglückt - der Pool ist eine wirkliche Attraktion - Boule-Bahn, Tischtennis, Spielplatz, Grill.... Es ist lediglich ein wenig hellhörig.... Das wird jedoch durch alle anderen Dinge ausgeglichen, denn.... mir fehlt die Phantasie, wie man dieses "Original" mit seinem Charme erhalten will und gleichzeitig schallisolieren sollte ! Dann muss man eben früher aufstehen und mit einer Tasse Kaffee in der Hand, auf der Terrasse sitzend, Sonne, Ruhe und Lage genießen !
