Charming and Elegant Condo at Loft 268 | Gym, Pool

POOL CLOSURE FOR SUMMER 2025: Please note that the pool will be closed from June 2nd through August 1st, 2025, due to scheduled maintenance. This timeline may be extended depending on the progress of the work. During this period, the gym, grill, fire pit, and part of the sky lounge will remain open and available for guest use as usual. Rates have already been adjusted to reflect the temporary closure.

Upon entering this home, you'll be delighted by the whitewashed brick walls, colorful Mexican accents and spacious living space. The decor is contemporary with a traditional Mexican touch, featuring rich wood and cool blues for a charming and elegant, boutique hotel feel.

Located inside of one of the newest projects in the Romantic Zone - Loft 268 - this condo has the BEST location you could ask for. Located on Venustiano Carranza - one block from Basilio Badillo AKA Restaurant Row - all the best restaurants, shops, galleries and the beach are only steps away.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and conveniently hosts a bed side table on each side with outlets easily accessible to charge your devices overnight. A full bathroom with rain shower head is located ensuite.

The second bedroom features a large sofa bed (nearly Queen size) and can sleep another two guests. A second full bathroom is located across the hall.

The living area is spacious and provides seating for 4 on the sectional couch plus two accompanying chairs. Watch your favorite Smart TV Apps such as Netflix and YouTube on the large flat screen TV.

The kitchen's quartz countertops and tile backsplash shine alongside the stainless steel appliances. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. There is a movable island for extra counter space or to use as a bar. Meals are best served at the beautiful Parota wood dining table where up to 6 people can be seated.

This condo is brand new and contains all the modern amenities. Air conditioner mini splits and fans in each room, full size washer and dryer and security safe for your valuables.

Loft 268 provides exceptional amenities with an innovative rooftop area that incorporates a large infinity edge pool with waterfall, gym, glassed Sky Bar with billiards table, BBQ area, fire pit, Jacuzzi and multiple sunning areas complete with lounge chairs and day beds - all with ocean and mountain views.

The Neighborhood

Loft 268 is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Loft 268.

The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west of Loft 268. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including: parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Security

This is a gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. If guests come to visit you, you'll be able to see their face on a video screen in the condo and can chat with them before deciding to let them in. This building is very safe in a safe neighborhood.

Interaction with Guests

A member of our team will meet you at the building for check in. Afterwards, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:

- An open rooftop from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance.
- A gym open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, only 2 people at a time can use it and a reservation in advance is required.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance reasons.
- A roofop bar open 7-days a week from 12:30pm to 7:30pm (Opening at 1pm on Wednesdays for rooftop and pool cleaning).
- Only two guests' visitors per unit are allowed in the condo and the common areas from 9 AM to 11 PM. They will need to register upon arrival on a binnacle and show a piece of ID.
- Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay, which will be provided at check-in.

Getting around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

*** Please note that this condo is not suitable for children or babies, and they are not permitted under any circumstances.

There are plants on the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits us every Wednesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them.

Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas, which will be provided at check-in during their stay.
