A generously sized vanity area with double-sink console, oil-rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures, Baltic brown granite countertop, sconces, and recessed lighting, and a large walk-in closet leads to the copious bath, replete with oversized walk-in stone shower and glass surround, a separate sparkling soaking tub and private water closet.

The main part of the house offers a spacious and light-filled dining room. Glass sliding doors lead onto a beautiful new deck with a dark pool and a separate spa highlighted with stone coping and decorative tiles. The spacious living room boasts a wall of windows---from floor to (cathedral) ceiling. A 60” flat screen television is mounted on the two-side stucco fireplace with a stone/brick firebox and raised hearth. This living room is the largest interior gathering area for free movement and relaxation.

Smaller than the main living room, the family room is on the opposite side of the fireplace. A wet bar with a copper sink rests quietly aside from the fireplace. Sliding glass doors in the family room lead onto the main deck. An airy and spacious chef’s kitchen, recessed lights, premium stainless steel appliances, and antique white cabinetry. WHEN REQUESTED (Can be heated for $300 per week during remaining months). The smaller (12 ft x 12 ft)plunge pool does not have spa capabilities, and it has a propane heater and can be heated for an additional fee of $775 - $1275 per week, depending on the season.
