Vu magnifique sur le port d'Arcachon

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet immense appartement, spacieux, calme, avec une vue magnifique sur 180 degrés du port d'Arcachon. J'espère que les propriétaires prendront leur retraite le plus tard possible pour que l'on puisse en profiter le plus longtemps possible. Merci

Une vue exceptionnelle, mais de nombreux bémols…

Les atouts majeurs de cette location : la vue est exceptionnelle et la terrasse immense. C’est vraiment très appréciable ! Le quartier est agréable, et le centre d’Arcachon à 30 minutes à pied. L’appartement quant à lui est spacieux, mais hélas mal agencé (les 3 chambres sont en enfilade). La décoration manque de modernité, et surtout les équipements sont vétustes voire cassés. Dans l’ensemble, les prestations ne sont pas la hauteur de ce que l’on a l’habitude de louer en 2021 sur Abritel. C’est dommage, car l’appartement a du potentiel (mais nécessite des travaux de rénovation).

Séjour très agréable

Bien placée dans un quartier animé d’Arcachon. L’équipement et la décoration du logement sont quelque peu désuets.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour L’appartement est très bien situé en 1ère ligne face au port et au dernier étage dans un quartier très agréable avec des « vrais gens » et pas seulement des touristes. De nombreux commerces de qualité à proximité à pied (poissonnerie, boucherie, fromagerie, coiffeur, pharmacie, bars, restaurants …) La terrasse de l’appartement est superbe et nous avons apprécié la véranda notamment le soir (la température est plus fraiche fin aout). Aux chaleurs, plus d'ouverture de la véranda seraient appréciables. Très bien équipé avec de nombreux rangements. Seul bémol, l’intérieur de l’appartement est vieillot même si quelques pièces ont été rénovées (tant la décoration que le mobilier et les appareils ménagers). Les chambres en enfilade peuvent poser problème à plusieurs (nous n’étions que deux donc non concernés).
