3600 sq ft. 7 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, sleeps 20, pool-table, foos ball table, hot tub, view of the lake. This property is located in a private community of Towamensing Trails walking distance to the lake/beach, and the community pool, playground, pavilion, minutes from Lake Harmony, Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski resorts, water rafting, paint ball, Hickory Run state park, also close to Pocono Raceway. (Maximum of 8 wristbands provided no additional wristbands are provided for the lake/community pool, this rule is set by the community. Children 6 & under are not required wristbands.) No additional wristbands available. Due to the communities rules renters are not able to use their own paddle boards, kayaks, or canoes on our lake. We do have a paddle board and a kayak that are registered an available to rent if interested. This home is great for large groups, families, and friends. There are public lakes/beaches at Beltzville and Hickory Run State Park nearby, where you are able to take your own paddle boards and kayaks.

Family New Years Eve gathering

Easy check in process and owners great at communicating. House had plenty of room to accommodate our family. Cabinets well stocked with supplies. Unfortunately we were unable to use 1 of the 3 bathrooms due to a leak. Overall we had a very nice time

Family reunion 2024

We loved the set up of the house. There were 12 people staying over with 4 more coming just for the day. There was room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We had plenty of space for several activities to be going on at the same time. We especially loved the looooong dining room table! It was great for not only meals together but also for playing games. 2 suggestions- lights on the deck stairs for nighttime. Since we were there in November, it was dark early & hard to negotiate the stairs. Second-bars in the tubs & showers.We had mostly seniors in our group & would have felt more secure with something to hold on to. Other than that, we loved this house & will keep it in mind for our next reunion.

This was our 3rd time staying. Beautiful, well kept house. Easy to contact owners. Will definitely be back next year. We have 10-12 adults and there is more than enough room.

Spacious house in great location

We stayed at this house this past week (August 2024) and had a wonderful time. It is in walking distance to the lake and pool area. It was a great house for multiple families staying together. There was plenty of space and rooms to spread out. We have no complaints and will definitely be back! As far as the community goes, once our kids are older than 5 and require the wristband we will have to look elsewhere because you can't purchase extra. Other than that it was very clean and people were friendly.

Beautiful property

To begin the property is in a great location near lake, pool and restaurant. Property manager was quick to answer our question and concerns. Beautiful house very clean. Just make sure to keep your badges since they are reusable depending on your stay.

Get place for family

The house was perfect for alot of people with our being cramped. The bed rooms were great the only problem there was no tvs in therw qhich we all watch tv to fall asleep at night. But nothing a tablet couldnt help with. The only other issue was the tv in the living rooms wouldnt connect to the wifi i guess not sure ifnit was due to the weather or what other than that everything was perfect and will rent from you again next year.

30th birthday party

Beautiful house. Very responsive. Very clean and good amenities. The only thing that was a bummer was the bedroom arrangements on VRBO listing vs what was in person. Two bedrooms stated there was three beds and when we got there there were only two in each room.

Great Family Gathering Place

What a lovely property. Plenty of space. We chuckled at the mismatched towels - but loved it!! So much easier to keep track of your own. Cooking pots were a bit small for our large group. We were glad we brought our own. Otherwise, everything was there. Definitely would recommend this home!

President's Day Ski Trip

Our stay here was perfect, and I highly recommend it for anyone with a large family or group of friends. Makahla was a great host. She was responsive, and answered all of our questions prior to check-in. The house itself was very accommodating. There was enough rooms for our group of 10 with extra space left over. The dining room was great for our big breakfasts and dinners together. We also enjoyed all the space to spread out and enough the nights, we did not feel cramped at all. The hot tub was also fun in all the snow! One of the only downsides was the water pressure/hot water was lacking on the upper floor, especially when the other two bathrooms were being used. While this is not that surprising, and easily remedied by staggering showers, it was surprising that a housed designed for this many people would have this issue. The house is located down a quiet street and super close to the lake. While we stayed here for a ski trip, I can only imagine how much fun it would be during the summer. Being able to visit the lake and walk back to the hot tub/house whenever you want is a huge plus. Overall our stay here was perfect, and I would like to rent it again next year! I highly recommend Makahla and her property for your next gathering.
