Pleasant house with very sunny garden. This house is located on a private road with parking space in front. Ideally located 300 meters from the beach and its restaurants, 50 meters from a bakery and a bus stop and 300 meters from a crossroads market.
Deauville is just a 5-minute drive away.

The accommodation: the house has on the ground floor a living room with a convertible sofa that can accommodate two beds, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a shower room.
Upstairs is a first bedroom for two people and a second row for children two beds.
Cot possible as well as a children's high chair on request.

Linen and towels are provided.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hébergement qui est parfaitement localisé pour faire des randonnées, aller à la plage ou dans le centre de Deauville à pieds. Le jardin est un vrai atouts. Hote très reactive et tres gentille. Merci encore hésitez pas vrai

Alles prima

Nettes Häuschen mit schöner Terasse und Spielmöglichkeit im Garten für kleine Kinder. Strand fußläufig zu erreichen, ruhige Gegend mit kleinen Häuschen, alles sehr entspannt. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Check-in und Check-out flexibel und unkompliziert. Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Kleines nettes FeHaus mit Fehlern

Haus hat tolle Lage, keine 500 Meter zu tollem Strand. Bäcker 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Supermarkt 3 Minuten mit Auto. Nach Deauville Zentrum zu Fuss rund 30 Minuten (schön am Strand ca. 40 Minuten) Ruhige, sehr enge Seitenstrasse. Parkplatz vorhanden. Garten mit Tisch, Bänken und Stühlen und Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm. Doppelhaushälfte recht klein. Unten Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche (leider innenliegend ohne Fenster). Ausstattung könnte besser sein (nur ein Topf ohne Deckel). Oben eine Art Galerie mit Doppelbett und einem kleinen Fenster. Nach hinten kleiner Durchgang in zweites Zimmer/Kammer/Verschlag mit zwei recht kurzen Betten (was uns so vorher klar mitgeteilt wurde) und tiefer Decke. Auch hier kein Fenster, so dass es insgesamt oben nachts recht schlechte Luft war. FeHaus maximal 4 Personen, eher 2 Personen und 2 noch nicht ganz so grosse Kinder. Haus war sauber. Kontakt zu Vermieterin nur per Mail, sehr nett und alles nötige wurde geklärt. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen.

somewhat Remote location with effortless access to beach and Deauville

We have experienced a perfect stay for us a family with two kids. Clean, efficient interior in the house. Parking in front of the house. Very remote and quiet area, small but nice garden with sunshade. A few photos or paintings on the walls would provide the interior with a bit more vivid impression. Sleeping area for the kids can become quiet warm as there is no extra ventilation in the small room upstairs. We have used the sofabed instead, so beaware if you travel with 6 people. Kitchen spotless, dishwasher, ofen, microwave, etc all there, however some more plates (6 small and 6 large are clearly not sufficient to fill the dishwasher) and lids for pots would help. Bakery with excellent crossaints, baguettes, pain au chocolat is just round the corner, 100m. Walk to the beach 3-5min. Supermarket, Carrefour, is walking distance, however stretches for 11-15min. Deauville center by foot is about 30-40min. However, easy to find a parking space, although that is sometimes not on the inexpensive side. Communication with landlord/agent was always swift and accurate. Many thanks
