2 Masters - Pool & Hot Tub - Seasonal Beach Trolley

Kick off your shoes at Barefoot & Blessed! This coastal home comes fully decked out and is located in the exclusive, gated community of The Villages of Crystal Beach. You will be just steps away from the gorgeous zero entry lagoon style pool & 3 blocks from the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! This home was designed with guests in mind and has everything you need to make your vacation relaxing & fun!

*BEACH ACCESS & THE SANDY EXPRESS TROLLEY:
Take a leisurely stroll to the beach with our provided beach cart, chairs & toys! The beach is roughly a 10 minute walk from our front door. During Peak Season, (Memorial Day-Labor Day) enjoy the free neighborhood trolley service (The Sandy Express Trolley) to and from the beach. You can call for pick-up & drop off right to the front door.

*RESORT STYLE POOL:
We have Destin’s largest zero-entry lagoon style pool. It features two waterfalls, a spa/Jacuzzi, self-serve Tiki Bar with a flat screen TV, surround sound, grilling area, bathrooms & plenty of seating to relax & unwind.
Less than 150 feet down the road you can enjoy our pool from 8am-10pm. During the cooler months, (March-April) the pool is typically heated. Timeline of this is subject to change.

*FIRST FLOOR:
- You will enter the house under our covered front porch with seating & a private gas grill(with one free refill). Before you enter the door, you will notice the outdoor shower that will help you to rinse off the sand from your day at the beach!

- As you walk in you will be greeted by our inviting living room that has a love seat, sofa (with queen pullout) and large 55’’ flat screen TV with a smart blu-ray player with access to Netflix, Hulu & other favorite apps.

- To the right is a breakfast bar that will seat 4 & a kitchen full of beautiful white cabinets, granite counter tops & coastal themed tile backsplash. We have ensured that this kitchen is fully equipped and ready to accommodate all your cooking needs. We also have a separate ice maker to help keep your drinks cool on those warm summer days. Perfect for large families/groups.

- Next to the kitchen is our farmhouse style dining table that can seat 8. It will be the perfect spot for eating meals or playing games! (Several games are offered in the house!)

- As you leave the kitchen/dining area, you will pass the living room and walk down a hall that will lead you to a half bath powder room on the right.

- Across the way you will enter the first of two master ensuites. This room is furnished with a cozy king bed, nightstands, dresser & a flat screen TV. This room also has a walk-in closet & private bathroom with a granite counter top & tile shower. Have little ones with you? The walk-in closet has a Pack N Play, Infant Bouncer and a few other items you may need.

- Gorgeous wood floors cover the stairs and will lead you up to the second floor.

*SECOND FLOOR:
- As you reach the top of the stairs you will turn right to find the Queen Bedroom. The room has nightstands, a dresser, flat screen TV & walk-in closet.

- Across the hall you will find the shared bathroom with another granite counter top & a spacious tile shower.

- As you go down the hall you will come upon a bedroom that was designed with kids in mind. This adorable queen over queen bunk bed will be the perfect spot for your kiddos. This room has a flat screen TV and smart Blu-ray player.

- Our very large & spacious laundry room will be located just across the hall from the bunk bedroom. With plenty of storage, it will hold all the extras you may need to make your stay more enjoyable.

- At the end of the hall you will arrive at our second and very spacious master ensuite. A comfortable king bed, nightstands, two dressers, a reading chair & flat screen TV will help you feel right at home. The private bathroom has a tile shower & oversized soaking tub to enjoy with a glass of wine or two! This bathroom is truly luxurious!

- Our private covered porch with seating will be right off of the master bedroom. It is the perfect spot for coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening!

*PARKING:
Two parking spaces are available in the driveway with an overflow lot for one additional vehicle. This means no more than 3 vehicles will be allowed. The community has strict guidelines and parking on the street is not allowed. If you are traveling with trailers, boats or motorcycles they are also not allowed within the community gates. Please make alternate parking arrangements if needed.

Just minutes from Destin Commons Shopping Mall! Take a short drive to the Upscale Shopping at Grand Boulevard Sandestin & Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

Besides the shopping & food, you will also find an AMC movie theatre, playground & splash pad for the kiddos. Bowling & an Arcade are also available at Uncle Bucks!

-HARBORWALK VILLAGE:
Plenty of activities for all ages! Dolphin Cruises, Charter Fishing & Snorkeling Trips are just a few things you will find here. Don’t forget the restaurants, shopping & entertainment! If you plan your visit accordingly, you will get to enjoy the weekly Firework Show!

-CRAB ISLAND:
Anchor your boat in this crystal clear & shallow water and enjoy your day in the sun! Don’t forget your sunscreen & drinks! You will have an amazing time!

-THE VILLAGE OF BAYTOWNE WHARF:
A fun place with great eateries, entertainment & fun nightlife. Between the zip line, playground & rock-climbing wall your family is sure to have a good time.
