Appartement vue sur canal

Super appartement, tres spacieux, tres fonctionnel ! La vue sur le canal est magnifique. Nous pouvons nous rendre au centre ville à pied depuis l'appartement. Il est tres bien situé. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Merveilleux séjour

Superbe appartement très spacieux, très beaux équipements, super literie et aussi très propre. Logement très proche du centre de St-Jean-de-Luz avec parking gratuit a côté Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons sans souci et remercions aussi Brigitte pour son accueil très chaleureux. Nous recommandons donc sans problème ce logement

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans l’appartement avec un très bon accueil de Brigitte et beaucoup de flexibilité de sa part concernant les horaires. L’appartement est très bien équipé, moderne, très confortable et spacieux. Et une mention spéciale pour la vue depuis la terrasse!

Top-Appartement mit Super—Austattung

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Es fehlt an nichts: zwei große Terrassen mit hochwertigen Möbeln; gute Betten; zwei komplette Bäder und zusätzliches WC; umfassend ausgestattete Küche mit Siemens- und Miele-Geräten. Alles neuwertig und sehr sauber. Herrlicher Blick auf den Fluss und die Berge. Über die Flussufer-Promenade ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten in Saint-Jean. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus; großer Supermarkt nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Wir können das Appartement uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Très agréable sejour

Tout était parfait et l’accueil de Brigitte très sympathique Appartement conforme aux photos, très propre, une bonne literie Nous avons apprécié la climatisation avec ces fortes chaleurs Agréable également de ne pas devoir prendre la voiture pour aller à pied au centre de St Jean, en une dizaine de minute Il est facile de trouver une place dans la rue et parking gratuit juste à côté On se garde l’adresse pour une prochaine fois

Appartement magnifique avec une vue superbe

Très bel appartement bien situé dans un quartier calme. Belle vue sur la Nivelle et la Rhune grande terrasse avec salon de jardin toutes les chambres donne sur une terrasse.Très bien équipé, côté cuisine: four , réfrigérateur Américain,cave à vin etc.. Grand téléviseur avec box et wifi. Bref appartement à conseiller à ses meilleurs amis. Brigitte qui nous accueille est très sympathique.

Bel appartement spacieux proche du centre-ville

Très bel appartement spacieux et tout confort au dernier étage d'une petite résidence offrant une vue dégagée à presque 360° avec ses nombreux balcons et terrasses sur la ville, la Nivelle, le golf et l'arrière-pays (la Rhune). La localisation de cet appartement est idéale pour profiter à la fois du centre-ville animé de Saint-Jean-de-Luz, de ses plages et de la quiétude des berges de la Nivelle sans utiliser la voiture (10 min à pied du centre). Parking gratuit et toutes commodités à proximité (Carrefour Market, pharmacie, tabac-presse, gares SNCF et routière). L'appartement est propre, bien agencé, doté d'un bon niveau d'aménagement et de la climatisation. L'accueil est très agréable et accommodant pour l'horaire d'arrivée. Un très bon pied-à-terre pour un excellent séjour !
