Beautiful historical stone house extensively restored and full of vintage chic and rustic charm in the heart of a stunning old village. This is the perfect place to relax and recharge far away from the 9 to 5. The private walled garden contains everything you could want for a fantastic day outdoors - large decked heated swimming pool, loungers, shaded eating area, BBQ and your very own Boule Court! The house oozes character and has many truly original features including a Lavoir in the main garden - once the social hub of the village!

Beautiful home and outside area with amazing attention to detail

We were a party of 9 adults and had a lovely week in the beautiful village of Combas. The house is a building of great character but has all necessary mod cons. Many happy hours spent playing boules and ping pong and relaxing by the pool

Great house for large family

Even better than the photos! Three of the bedrooms have ensuite baths (one of these bedrooms has an additional bedroom that forms a family suite), and the other two bedrooms share a close by hall bath. Delightful pool, and kids loved the trampoline and pool table as well. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 2 - 17). Loved the location from which we visited Nimes Arena, Pont du Gard and Chauvet Cave 2. Parking in the village was never a problem for our 3 families with 3 cars.

Excellent séjour

Un lieu reposant et d'exception. Beaucoup de charme, une décoration raffinée et originale, beaucoup d'espace qui permet de vivre en toute liberté dans toutes la maison, même lorsque l'on est nombreux : nous étions 12. Piscine, terrain de boule, table de ping-pong, billard, rien n'est oublié pour permettre aux convives de s'amuser. Nous félicitons les propriétaires pour leur bon goût, et leur grande gentillesse. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Petit Paradis au coeur de Combas

La Vieille Magnanerie est une magnifique bâtisse ancienne, très accueillante. Piscine jeu de boule,et a proximité de nombreuses visites possibles. Nous recommandons la descente du Gardon en canoë et la vue ☆☆☆☆☆ du pont du gard. LVM un lieu magique !!! Nos amis ont tous dit c'est le Top. (Merci le cadeau de bienvenue)

Great family reunion

Lovely place to rest and spend time with family. A few things to note, the parking across the street is very limited. We were able to park there 3 times in 17 days. The garage would be for a small car if you can even get it in as the angle might be difficult. We didn’t even try. Bring your own shampoo and shower soap. The house itself is well decorated with interesting elements. We enjoyed the outdoor space the most.

Amazing Holiday Home

The home exceeded all our exceptions. It was wonderful. Couldn't have asked for a better place to send time with our family and friends. Great place for children and adults. The decor was beautiful. The place was spotless. The hosts were quick to respond to all messages. I hope one day we can return.

Machtige ervaring

Prachtige woning in een zeer rustig dorp. Zeer mooie tuin met prima zwembad. Ideaal voor 3 gezinnen van 4. Veel te doen in de omgeving om daarna tot rust te komen in de woning / dorp. Deze woning heeft het allemaal. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep super ! Tot nog eens.

Des vacances de rêve dans un cadre idyllique

Nos deux familles ont pu passer une semaine inoubliable, dans une maison spacieuse, confortable et fraîche. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié tous nos repas à l'ombre de la tonnelle, la piscine, le billards, le pain frais tous les jours, et la région qui invite aux découvertes culturelles, des vestiges romains aux flamands roses. Notre hôte à été très disponible et avenant. MERCI !

Perfect for extended family

We, an extended family of twelve, had a lovely time in this well kept and charming house! The garden is wonderful! Apart from hanging around the big pool, we also tried some activities in the area such as canyoning and parcour. The host Ronan is very friendly and welcoming, so communication works very well!

Incroyable séjour à Combas

Tout était parfait, nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps !! La maison est top au niveau équipements dans un village calme. On peut se détendre avec la piscine, jouer au billard ou à la pétanque. Les enfants profitent aussi avec un extérieur qui permets de les surveiller. Les chambres sont spacieuses, grandes. Nous réfléchissons déjà à revenir faire un weekend familiale. Magnifique demeure et hôte très chaleureux

La grande et vieille magnanerie rénovée avec gout et sans chichi a comblé notre famille le temps d'un grand week-end. On a beaucoup aimé les construction en métal, les objets de brocante (dont certains nous ont bien questionnés...) et le jardin aussi ! Il y en avait pour tous les gouts et tous les âges : billard, ping-ping, piscine, trampoline, terrasse... bref tout était réuni pour passer du bon temps en famille. Ronan a été adorable avec nous, très avenant et réactif !

Wunderbares Haus

Wir haben eine fantastische Ferienwoche in Combas verbracht und dank dem tollen Pool, bis mittags und ab 17 Uhr im Schatten, die Hitze bestens überstanden 😉. Toll ist, dass alle Zimmer über ein eigenes Bad mit Toilette verfügen. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und das Ambiente im Haus einfach grossartig! Wir drei Generationen von 3 Monaten bis 65 Jahren fühlten uns in der Magnanerie sehr willkommen! Ein beschauliches, ruhiges Dorf mit einem kleinem Laden und regionalen Produkten und unweit der tollen Städte Nîmes und Uzès (für weitere Ausflüge war es zu heiss…). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, diskret und hilfsbereit.

Wonderful, peaceful, tasteful

Amazing house with plenty of space for 2 families. The house is full of surprises and charming details, decorated with passion. While the house is old and has a great history, the kitchen and bathrooms are all modern, and the beds are very comfortable - a perfect combination. We hardly used the cozy lounge or dining room, because the best part of the house is the wonderful outdoor space, patio and pool area. Lots of places to relax - underneath the pergola, in the lounge area or in a deckchair at the pool. The kids loved the pool and trampoline. Ronan, the owner, is a very kind, helpful and customer focused host - and has a lot of passion for the place. You can feel it in every room, with all the little details and specials. We were welcomed with a chilled bottle of Rosé - what a great welcome after a long ride. Combas is a small village with narrow streets - very neat and charming, and it has a small kiosk, that sells fresh bread, croissants and also some honey, jam, fruit and vegetable. Larger villages with supermarkets and great markets are nearby. Great experience to visit the markets in Sommieres and Quissac (just 10 min away). 45 min. to Montpellier, 20 min. to Nîmes, 50 min. to a great beach south of Grau du Roi. We so much enjoyed that week, and hope to come back some time!

Un moment magique

Le processus de réservation et d'arrivée dans la villa se sont déroulés facilement (le propriétaire est disponible et accorde une grande importance à ce que notre séjour soit une expérience positive). La villa est magnifique, très agréable à vivre, fonctionnelle (tout confort) et très joliment décorée. Ces quelques jours passés en famille sur place resteront dans notre mémoire.

Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique et vaste maison

La maison est grande, très bien aménagée et décorée, beaucoup de charme, de même que le village de Combas avec ses petites ruelles authentiques et toute la région proche de Nîmes et des Cévennes. Le jardin est superbe aussi, la belle piscine, le mobilier de jardin, la table sous la tonnelle et le salon de jardin sous la deuxième et très originale tonnelle… parfait. Petite épicerie de produits locaux très sympas a 100 mètres, super pour aller chercher le pain frais à pied le matin! Tout le monde a adoré, des enfants aux adultes! Bref, nous y reviendrons!

magnifique demeure avec un service au top

Notre séjour s"est déroulé dans des conditions optimales , l'accompagnement et les échanges téléphoniques avec le propriétaire ont été exemplaires , sa disponibilité et sa volonté de nous servir au mieux sont très appréciables . La demeure quant à elle est magnifiquement décorée, chaque objet est choisi avec gout et raffinement, de plus le lieu possède une histoire très riche. Cet avis a été partagé unanimement par l’ensemble des personnes qui ont séjourné dans ce lieu . Milles mercis !
