Majestic sunset views from Bronco Trail Peoria!!!

Fantastic home with spectacular sunset views. I would highly recommend this home. My only suggestion is update the bbq and purchase some bbq utensils. Other than that this place is a must stay. The host Taylor is a great guy and huge help! We will definitely consider this property next year.

Great family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and beautiful. We had plenty of room for our family gathering of 11. The pool was great for all ages. The shelf in the pool was great for our three year old. We were glad for the stroller when doing an outing. This house has everything needed for a great vacation. Taylor was great to work with. Easy check in and check out.

A roomy house with all the amenities and great views!

We slept eleven comfortably with lots of extra room; a play room and TV room, in addition to the large bedrooms. The heated pool was great for all, especially the kids and the firepit was a great place to spend an evening watching the sun set over the desert. The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac; lots of privacy, no encroaching neighbors and the house backs up to only desert. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans and even included spices, non-perishable dry goods and condiments in the fridge. Bathrooms and the kitchen were fully stocked with plenty of paper goods and trash bags. Communication with the owner was seamless and immediate. Any questions were answered only minutes after asked. The house was spotless when we arrived. This is an A+++ Vrbo property. We will definitely return!

The property was great for our family thanksgiving! Everything was as advertised and Taylor was proactive in communicating and responsive to any questions. Great area, great house, we will certainly be back!

Absolutely amazing

Tyler bent over backwards for us and was always available if we needed anything or had any questions. Would recommend this place and Tyler to anyone. Can’t wait for the next baseball trip to Arizona so we can hopefully stay there again

Great get away

The property was amazing, very spacious. Nice size pool about 5ft deep great for the kids. Lots of towels. The house is a great choice if you are traveling with a large family. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

From booking until leaving hosts were only a text away. Beautiful home with excellent lay out, nobody abound you and excellent views. Anything you think you need is already there. I’m picky, have traveled a lot and this was top notch! We came for baseball we left rested and relaxed! Will be back next year, hoping this house is still available!

Hosts amazing, home not so great

Not very clean. Front and back doormats had dog hair, dirt and leaves. Carpet stained and dirty. Outdoor furniture stained and dirty. Only one towel per guests and we were there a week. Only a couple towel racks so had to wash them daily. Hair balls behind bathroom doors. Toilets, showered and sinks were clean so a plus there. Hosts super friendly and delivered more toilet paper to us and turned on water fall in pool everyday. There were cameras inside and out so hard to relax. We didn’t realize this when booking.

Family Get Away

Perfect home for our family of eleven. Home is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Pool and backyard area is quite and private, perfect for watching the Arizona sunsets, by the gas fireplace. Good communication with Taylor the host. Would definitely recommend this house, hope to stay again on our next trip.

A great get away

The home is perfect for gathering a family together. Open floor plan with a lot of room Taylor was a great host and available when you needed him. I would recommend this home to any group looking to get together. The view out back is outstanding too..

Great home for a family getaway!

This is a lovely property with a great amount of space. Great location, nice area and neighborhood. A lot of different stores are within good distances. I would definitely stay at this home again. Thank you Taylor for everything and allowing me and my family to stay in your home!
