Great Relaxing Get Away

This is a perfect spot for the person who wants to get away from the fast pace life. Great beach about 15 minutes away and golf course(s) pretty much right there. There is one state park that you need reservations for on this North side stay and it is worth it. Plan ahead for that one. All other tourist things are a drive though and account for long days if you need to go to the South West side of the island. Overall a great stay and great hostess!

vacation bliss

the house was exactly as described and well stock with bathroom supplies and kitchen supplies. neighbors on the right side woke us up for 3 mornings at 6 a.m. location was very convenient . would book this house again

Incredible vacation home in Princeville

We had a wonderful stay here for our family’s summer holiday a few weeks back. We had a party of 6 (3 adults + 3 kids) and we stayed in the main house for 8 nights. What can I say, every aspect of our accommodations went seamless and perfect. The house was the perfect size for us. My wife and I enjoyed the privacy of the master suite upstairs while the kiddos (and 3rd adult) slept in the downstairs bedrooms. We loved the open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and upstairs loft which all make the house feel much larger. We made good use of the lanai / backyard and the house backs up to the Makai golf course with amazing sunset views. The house had all the accommodations we needed, from kitchen supplies for cooking / eating, laundry supplies, and all the beach supplies (towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys, toddler floatie). The location on the north shore was perfect for us and close to all the adventures we enjoy (snorkeling, beach, hiking, surfing) and close to Foodland and Hanalei. The house was a welcome retreat for us to unwind and recover each day after all of our outdoor adventures. Communication with Jeff and Shana was very responsive and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Lovely experience!

We had a wonderful week at this home on Kauai. Everything about it was easy and enjoyable. -Shana and Jeff were quick to respond to questions. -Floor plan was perfect for us. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and the open space was just right for a couple of family dinners. -Kitchen is very well stocked - every implement I have at home and then some! -Super clean everywhere and careful instructions on how to manage all the things that come with living in a warm climate. -Beautiful location right next to the golf course. -Private feeling even though the neighboring houses are close. Without knowing realizing we’d done it, we chose a home that is in walking distance from our son-in-law’s favorite surfing spot!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area!

Jeff was so kind to let us book his home on less than 24 hours notice, when we had to leave our current rental unexpectedly. This home is spacious and the yard leads out to the golf course. It was such a treat to stay here. Jeff was extremely communicative and considerate.

Beautiful November in Princeville

Loved our stay here. Two of us worked remote from the house, so appreciate the good internet speed. Nice view out the patio and balconies for working remote. Kitchen had all we needed.

Awesome property

Beautiful house and property. We enjoyed breakfast on the covered back patio every morning. Amazing landscaping and view of the golf course. The two downstairs bedrooms were definitely cooler so parents - don't pick the upstairs bedroom just because it's the master. We went in early September and the upstairs was pretty warm in the afternoon and evening.

Family wedding in Princeville

This property was fantastic! Great location! Great space! Beautiful sunsets! BBQ wasn’t in the best order along with the freezer ice machine not working. The house did not have a/c so it made it a little uncomfortable late afternoon/ evening. Would definitely return if house had a/c.

Beautiful house and area

This house was perfect for our family group! The fans were helpful to keep the summer, humid air moving. It was clean, updated, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in a really beautiful community and area on Kauai! We had a great time!!

OUTSTANDING LOCATION

Very clean and comfortable with access to beaches, food, shopping and all island activites. The upstairs bed is a queen, not a king bed as described but the master bath is really nice.

Family vacation

Visited Kauai for my 50th birthday. We had our son and his fiancé and our other son and his girlfriend. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Kitchen was fully stocked and we used the out door dining table every day.

Princeville gem.

Great house for family or group. Sparkling clean and very well furnished kitchen. Grill on the patio and enjoy your meals in the outdoor patio. Great place as a base of operations for the northern part of the island or golf.

Princeville Paradise for Christmas

This property is comfortable and attractive with a fully equipped kitchen which helped when cooking for our large group (we were 2 houses). We also rented the separate loft apartment for our son and his girlfriend. Make sure if you utilize the loft that the guests are comfortable navigating a steep spiral staircase To the sleeping area and don’t mind not being able to open the windows. There is air conditioning in the separate unit and it was fine for this young couple. The master bedroom upstairs is lovely and comfortable. My daughter’s family settled in downstairs in the 2 bedrooms-perfect for a family of 4. The outside space and barbecue area were particularly comfortable and the garden is lovely looking towards the golf course. We went to Hanalei most days for the beach and shopping but did also enjoy some time right down the street at the Hanalei Bay Resort and the Princeville Hotel. Beds are comfortable, linens ok and bathrooms are nice. Beach towels and chairs are provided. Shana and Jeff, the property managers, are responsive and answered questions and requests promptly. We would rent this comfortable home again.

Family trip

Cleanliness of house is great, along with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The lawn chairs and beach towels provided added convenience for getting up and out to the beaches early. My only concern is the house being built(construction =noise) next door. It’s really close to this property. In addition the house on the other side is nicely blocked by beautiful trees and bushes, however, It is also really close and very large meaning it accommodates multiple families. The group staying in the large house was extremely loud while we were there. Overall, very convenient and clean. Kauai was beautiful and we had an incredible trip!
