This house isn't directly on the beach though our property is Beach side of the road. There are two sets of houses between the beach and this duplex. You are approximately 200 feet from the beach boardwalk. We also offer 4 & 5 bedroom houses.

Great Beach House

Another great family gathering in the books! Accommodated our large group very well. Wished there was a second living space. We were indoors entire visit because of frigid temps. Be sure to bring extra tp, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, and trash bags. 1 of each provided (1 tp in each bath).

Graduation/Vacation

My family and I were comfortable staying in the eight bed room home. The customer service was phenomenal and Ms. Jackie took well care of us even when we had to call about technical difficulties. This rental property is highly recommended. My family and I will continue to support Ms. Jackie and we will be back.

Great family time

19 family members (8-70+) gathered for a long weekend. Place was exactly as described and Jackie was extremely helpful answering and responding to my texts / phone calls throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend for others; however I’m not sure how 28 would fit comfortably.

Family Reunion/Vacation

The location of the house to the beach was great! Loved the private pool for just our group. The elevator was a life saver, we had some physically challenged and getting the luggage up and down was fantastic. Our family enjoyed it and would recommend it for a large group, there were 21 of us and everyone had good accomodations. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable.

Great for large group or family!

This house works perfectly for a large group of family. There were 24 of us ranging from 4yrs old - 65yrs old and accommodated everyone. Very short walk to the beach, private pool, very clean, & quick response from property managers with any questions or help you might need!

The stay was amazing . Any questions were answered immediately. Jackie and Kimie were very helpful and on the last day we had the pleasure of meeting them both. The house was perfect for the size of our group. Plenty of room and bathrooms for 20 ladies . The house was extremely clean and the elevator was the best feature for our aging legs . We were very pleased and will definitely stay again. DST 45th Reunion

Lovely property on the beach

The homes was great for our family of all ages. It was situated close to everything, but removed from the night life action, which was good for our small children. We were immediately helped whenever the slightest inconvenience arouse. The walk to the beach was short and mapped out and our children enjoyed the option of the pool when feeling weighed down by the salt water. Overall amazing property, great location and our only inconvenience was the parking for 6 cars with our family coming from every direction; however the office was amazing and gave us amazing options to accommodate this issue.

Jordan Family Trip

This property is the best place to stay with 25 people or more. The location was perfect only feet's away from the beach. Easy access to the highway. Located where all restaurants, bars, stores, activities or located. The house was very clean, spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms modernize, really entire house modernized. Plenty of dishes to accommodate whatever you need to cook. However, the furniture in family room was a little worn, parking space limited, elevator kept jamming although rep told us what to do. I had to pay for parking since we had more than six cars. There’s an empty lot behind them which they should consider renting to guest needing more space. The manager personally greeted us. She was very nice and responded promptly to our questions. Overall, this is a grand place to stay if you want an upscale vacation in prime location. I would recommend to everyone. Although we had those few problems everything else was so nice and emasculate that you overlooked that.

Amazing property, perfect for large groups!

We just got home after staying 5 nights in this beautiful home! My son was married in Gulf Shores about 13 mins away. All of our family were able to stay together, it was perfect! Lots of space! Only a few steps to the beautiful beach! The host Ian and property manager Rachel always responded right away to any questions I had! It had everything we needed for a large group! I would highly recommend it!

The house was just as it appeared online, we absolutely loved it. There were 18 people in the house and could have easily accommodated 10 more. Very clean, the property manager was very friendly and responded immediately if needed. We had no complaints at all.

Amazing for Burleigh FamBam 2022!

I cannot say enough about these people…This place was awesome! Our family of 22, ranging in age from 61 to 4, enjoyed our week in Orange Beach. I was hesitant at first because our house was not directly on the beach, but it wasn’t AT ALL. The 2 bunk rooms were perfect for the grandchildren and all of the beds were comfortable. When the sand got the better of my OCD on Day 2, I text they rush a vacuum over early the next morning! The WiFi is a little touch and go at times, but a quick run downstairs closer to the modem and all was well. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and will return in the future! ❤️

Great space for a big family/large group

We loved our stay here. The best part was the large common space for our entire family, the double features in the kitchen, and the elevator. The internet access was not the best, which made it difficult for remote workers. All in all, would highly Recommend and will likely stay here again.

College Reunion

This house was perfect for a group of 20 women for a college reunion plenty of sleeping room, comfort beds and spacious common area. Also the house is well insulated for sleep all bedrooms are upstairs, close to the beach, private pool, great communication will definitely rent again!

Parrot Heads in Paradise Board Meeting

Eight bedrooms to accommodate all the board members with private room with own bathrooms. Main living area great with large tables to sit 12 for computers and meetings. Overall great property

Fantastic home!

There is not one negative thing I can say about this home. We had 16 adults and room for everyone! The bedrooms and baths are great. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. And the elevator makes unloading and loading so easy! Large group, this is the place!!!
