Large house of around 190 m² on enclosed land of 1,000 m² at the foot of the dunes.
Direct access to the path leading to the beach.
This villa includes:
An "Adults" area with 4 double bedrooms, TV lounge opening onto the 40 m² EAST terrace and dining area opening onto the 50 m² WEST terrace, an American kitchen. A shower room with Italian shower, separate toilet
A “Children's” area with a shower room with wc, a large dressing room, dormitory bedroom opening onto a terrace
Equipment:
Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob + extractor hood, 2 fridge-freezers, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, iron + ironing board, vacuum cleaner, TV, DVD player. Linen to be provided. Garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol). Plancha with gas.
Outdoor shower (hot water).
Parking on the ground. Wireless.
