Get ready for a true vacation at Sand Pebbles C20! This oceanfront complex has the best view to enjoy your coffee by watching dolphins jump at sunrise, as well as end a perfect day with sounds of the waves and glass of wine by moonlight! The third floor unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms is located in a perfect location of the island, approximately an 8 block walk to the boardwalk downtown that is sure to provide family fun with restaurants, shops, bars & arcade, a 2 block walk to the Ocean Grill & Tiki Bar pier, as well as 3 favorite eateries directly across the road. C20 features a newly renovated modern decor with all new paint, carpet, SS appliances, and W/D. Living area w/ queen sleeper sofa, flat screen smart tv/DVR/cable, deck with new polywood furniture, and kitchen/dining room allows constant views of the ocean.

Master bdrm w/ new queen bed has a flat screen tv/dvd/cable, 2nd bdrm has a new queen & w/ flat screen tv(DVD only). Max occupancy is 6, no pets allowed, no smoking, and parking for 2 cars only (passes provided). Complex has 2 pools & 2 beach accesses. Parking is limited during peak season. Two parking passes will be provided, but two parking spaces are not guaranteed.

Convenient to Aquarium, Fort Fisher, Freeman park, Southport/Bald Head Ferry, boating, fishing, and various restaurants, beach retail & shopping. Have an unforgettable vacation making memories that will last a lifetime. Maximum occupancy 6, parking for maximum 2 cars.

Decent property

This is fairly decent property but the bathrooms are pretty old. The toilets are pretty small and made us feel that they are for kids. The bath towels were wrapped good and felt clean but had some smell. The internet was not working. I reset it a couple of times but didn't help. I probably would not stay again at this property

Great location but needs some TLC

The location of this property was wonderful. Less than a 100 steps to the boardwalk over the dunes. The décor was tasteful. Couch and beds were adequate. One bed was foam mattress and the other spring. Both were very soft. Upon arrival where the carpet meets the linoleum the carpet was torn free from the tac strip. 1 kitchen drawer was broken due to the track being torn loose. Maintenance came right away but they could not fix the carpet and said they would have to rebuild the interior of the cabinet to fix. The screen to the deck was torn and not functional. The rental agency said most units prefer not to have the door open. That took away from our enjoyment of the sound of the ocean and cool nights. One thing that should be in the description of the unit is that you have to go up 48 steps with your luggage. If the place had new carpet and other maintenance I would be back and highly recommend .

Do not recommend. Dirty, dirty, dirty

Aside from the beautiful view, this property had nothing to offer. Filthy was an understatement. The whole complex was a bit scary and on need of some major TLC. Our toilet was broken and the management property said well “it just passed inspection yesterday”. The towels and sheets were wrapped in plastic and we had to make our own beds upon arrival. Bugs were crawling out from behind the fridge. Visible dirt all of the couches and chairs. Dirty dishes in the sink. Broken cabinets. Subfloor seemingly needs replaced and sinking down under the disgusting carpet. Seriously, if it wasn’t for the beach steps away, we would have left. Never again will we be staying or recommending any location managed by this company. Yuck!

Clean apartment with everything you need to stay at the beach. It’s an economic oceanfront property

We really enjoyed the stay at Carolina beach. One of the better priced oceanfront properties. The management company is great!

Wonderful little condo!

Charming little condo that fit our needs perfectly! Great view of the ocean - could see our beach chairs when we walked up for lunch! Minutes to any/ everything Carolina Beach has to offer.

Relaxing getaway spot

Convenient location with pool, beach view, and easy access to Carolina Beach boardwalk. The condo itself was fine - could use some touch ups and pest control (gnats, flies). Overall pleased with rental for location and price.

Labor Day Beach Vacation

The rental company was extremely helpful and always available if needed. There are a few things that need fixed in the condo, age I think, but it was clean and comfortable. The beds had memory foam toppers. There were also beach chairs and toys available to use. The property had everything you could need in the kitchen and then some, overall very satisfied with the stay, would definitely come again!

Loved the location!

We loved staying here. Right across from a gorgeous beach. The beach was never crowded and was very clean. We loved seeing and hearing the ocean at night. The property managers were very helpful too. Great place!

Sand pebbles get away - a few things needed

This property has a great location. The layout of the condo is family friendly. What it needs to be a GREAT condo: get rid of the carpet - the pictures didn’t reflect the condition or stains. Time to upgrade the couch especially when counting it as sleeping for two. The couch is falling apart, and it slopes downward towards the head severely. Upgrade/repair the front door lock. It took several attempts to both unlock AND lock! Things host can’t control but need fixed: pool and beach access locks. Was a complex-wide issue and the management group worked well with everyone trying to help the situation. Overall it was a very fun vacation and we spent most of our time outdoors. We visit at least yearly and have stayed in several units. These are just items that would help make a good condo, a GREAT condo. Thank you.

Beachside, view of ocean

Enjoyed our stay, we are relatively healthy and active however the stairs to unit were questionable. Definitely needed reinforced and angle is very steep. Exterior of property needs attention. The unit itself is fine, a work in progress. Full beds in bedrooms, not Queen and Twins as described in pictures. Overall we came for the beach not a luxury unit. It met our needs sufficiently.

Great spot for a small family

The condo building is a little dated on the outside, but this unit was very clean and nicely decorated on the inside and has a nice view of the ocean off the back deck. Beach access is a short walk across the parking lot. The unit Is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so Be prepared for a little workout when carrying in your suitcases / groceries.
