Furnished, executive, ocean view tri-level home in the heart of downtown Carolina Beach. This well equipped property located next to the Carolina Beach Marriott Hotel offers enough to please everyone! The 3rd level features the master suite, complete with sunken tub, dual bowl vanity, king bed and double-tiered balcony overlooking the ocean and canal. Second level houses two additional suites with private baths as well as the laundry facilities. Living & dining areas as well as the gourmet kitchen make up the main level. Small dog permitted upon approval. Parking for 2 small vehicles, Make and Model of vehicles will need to be approved at time of booking.

Amazing place

Adequate, but didn’t exceed expectations

This is the first VRBO I’ve ever rented so my expectations may be too high as I have nothing to compare too. Location was within walking distance to the beach and eateries, but this also meant it was noisy for sleeping. The kitchen had enough pots and utensils for us to prepare meals, but we had pre-wash everything before we used it. The property manager was helpful and responsive, but learned from them that the carpets had not been cleaned after the winter resident vacated. This was a real problem for my daughter who has asthma and is highly allergic to animal hair and dander. All in all the property was adequate and gave us more flexibility than staying in a hotel, but it wasn’t so fantastic that I would recommend it.

Close to Beach and Everything Else

This property was everything we had hoped for! While it's not directly on the beach, you can see the ocean and hear the waves on all 3 balconies! The property is within walking distance to the boardwalk, beach access, restaurants and bars. Parking is a bit tight under the house, but we were able to manage with our SUV! We were able to rent bikes, beach chairs and a kayak tour from the surf shop right behind the property. Note that there are lots of stairs! And remember this isn't a hotel - you'll want to bring your own hair dryers, soap, shampoo, beach towels etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Getaway Location

This was a lovely place to stay for our short weekend getaway. It was clean. The process was super easy and the property management team did a great job of preparing the visitors for arrival as well as departure. While not ON the beach, this property is located just behind those properties that are on the beach, while still getting a view of the ocean. Organic groceries, local produce, pre-made meals, coffee and essential items are all within walking distance at the Veggie Wagon. There are all types of restaurants within walking distance as well. The Fort Fisher aquarium is a really nice aquarium and only 15 minutes away by car. Overall this is an excellent location that I highly recommend.

Stairways to Heaven

Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge, kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses , utensils , pretty much everything you could need. In walking distance to everything. Place was clean and neat. Lots of stairs so that was a workout. Landscapers for the Marriott Hotel spent 3 hours blowing dirt in the parking lot so that was pretty annoying. All in all we had great weather and a great time.
