"The Reucy" is a family property of 180 sqm on a plot of 1600 sqm, without vis-à-vis, in the heart of the National Park of the Hautes-Vosges, built on the site of an old farm whose foundations and the source of pure water have been preserved, and completely revisited to bring all the contemporary comfort, new frames equipped with electric shutters, and connections to the municipal networks.
This family property enjoys absolute calm and a beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding balloons. Access is via a private driveway leading to a large indoor garage. It is surrounded by balconies and exposed South-South-East, very good sunshine rooms to live in a natural setting very preserved.
The interior combines modern comfort and authenticity with traditional Vosges furniture.
Starting point for many great hikes, the proximity of the village of La Bresse 1 km offers many mountain activities in summer and a free shuttle to winters in the ski resort, and a large nautical complex in all seasons.
