About this property

Tourangelle House in the heart of the Châteaux of the Loire Valley

Renovated in 2017, in the town center of a pretty village in the Valley of the Indre located 15 kms of towers and LOCHES, with garden and private parking.
Amenities at foot, municipal swimming pool 300 m in July and August.
At the heart of the Touraine and the vineyards, ideally located for visiting the castles, wineries, Futuroscope (1 hour), the Beauval ZOO (40 minutes), it is also possible to enjoy many other activities for the enjoyment of all (the loire by bike, hiking trails, canoe, park for children).

The House is independent and composed:
Of a DRC (30 m2): entrance, large room (TV, wifi, sofa bed 2 places...) with new kitchen (plate, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave...). WC and space with washing machine.
A mansard room (15 m2): double room with bed 2 persons 140 and a bed of 90, bathroom (shower). Kit available.

The rate includes bed linen.

Fabulous stay

Lovely holiday spot.

Just the right size and so convenient for visiting the area.Very useful to have an boulangerie within walking distance. Saturday market and small supermarket in the village, as well as one a few miles away. Our hosts were so friendly and exceptionally helpful. Thanks Valerie and Jean- Pierre.

Accueil, emplacement, propreté au top

Très agréable séjour chez Jean-Pierre et Valérie. Logement parfaitement adapté à un couple avec 2 enfants. Plein de charme ! Situation idéale pour la visite des châteaux de la Loire et une escapade au zoo de Beauval.

Au vert !

Très bon accueil, hébergement très bien équipé, très propre, très bien rénové. On s’y sent vite chez soi. L’entrée et le petit jardin indépendants sont très appréciables ! Le centre du village est tout proche pour y faire quelques courses. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter! Merci!

Wundervolle Unterkunft in schöner Lage

Das schöne Haus ist liebevoll und sehr hochwertig saniert. Die Lage ist perfekt, um tagsüber die Schlösser der Loire zu besuchen und danach einen schönen Abend in traumhafter Umgebung zu verbringen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Valerie und Jean Pierre für einen perfekten Urlaub

Pied à terre sympathique dans une belle région

Beau point de départ pour balades à vélo (l'Indre à vélo) et visites de châteaux. L'aspect privatif du gîte pourrait être amélioré. Au niveau de la cuisine les poêles pourraient être renouvelées.

Petite maison idéale pour petite famille dans une magnifique région

Très jolie rénovation de cette petite maison authentique qui offre tout le confort moderne. Très propre et soigneusement décorée, la maison est idéalement située à proximité de toutes les activités très variées de la région. Des hôtes aux petits soins

Valérie et Jean-Pierre sont très attentifs au confort de leurs locataires. Le gîte est très propre, très joli et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour parfait. Très bien situé, nous avons pu visiter de nombreux châteaux à proximité (environ 30 minutes en moyenne).Et les activités ne manquent pas dans cette belle région (vélo, canoë, randonnée, châteaux, sites historiques, ...). Valérie sera de très bon conseil pour vous guider dans votre découverte des environs.

Le gîte est parfaitement conforme au descriptif et photos . Fantastische gerenoveerde woning, alleen airco ontbreekt

Zeer nette, goed gerenoveerde oude woning. De zeer sympathieke en lieve eigenaars hebben werkelijk aan alles gedacht. Je voelt je 'thuis'. Alleen ontbreekt de airco, die Home Away online vermeldt...Wij kozen de woning omwille van de goede inrichting, de fantastische eigenaars, de prima ligging én de airco, maar die ontbreekt...

Charming, quiet and comfortable.

We loved this clean and comfortable gite. Our hosts, Jean Pierre and Valerie went out of their way to be hospitable and we enjoyed the Rose with them on their patio! They even went out of their way to help with dinner reservations! Would highly recommend this location.

Perfect Place

Perfect Gite. Facilities were great, very comfortable and quiet. The property was clean and the owners are lovely. The garden is not private as it is part of the owners garden, but you did not feel overlooked. The owners were very conscious of your space. Great location for getting out and about. You had to mind the beams in the bedroom but added to the quirkiness. It is in a quiet village, nice to walk around. Would go back again

Charmant, pratique et très convivial

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Esvres. Le gîte est parfaitement situé (au calme et commerces à proximité), très bien équipé (rien ne manque pour un séjour d'une semaine). Il faut surtout souligner la qualité de l'accueil par les propriétaires très avenants et à l'écoute. À recommander chaleureusement.

Très belle location récemment rénovée et idéalement située

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle maison récemment rénovée et joliment décorée. Niveau équipement, il y a tout ce qu'il faut : lave-vaisselle, lave linge, micro-ondes, barbecue... Les propriétaires Jean-Pierre et Valérie sont très accueillants et font tout pour rendre le séjour parfait. La ville d'Esvres est idéalement située pour découvrir les châteaux de la Loire. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous reprendrons cette location sans hésiter !

calme, nature et bien être

Nous avons très bien été accueillis et conseillé durant notre séjour. Avec autant de disponibilité que de distance les propriétaires sont à l'écoute de nos questions et besoins. la maison est très bien équipée et le jardin dispose de transats et d'un barbecue très appréciables. commerces et principaux axes routiers pour visiter les environs assez proches.
