VRN#3163 Take a seat on one of the seasoned-leather sofas by the fireplace in this home of rich wood panels. Soak in the outdoor hot tub before lighting the fire pit as sunset descends on the pines and mountains just beyond. Fish on Fall River on the property! Includes WiFi, TV, washer/dryer. Downtown is 1/4 mile. Only a couple miles to the RMNP entrance. 3 car max. Many of our guests have severe animal allergies and due to this we are not able to host service animals as they create a safety hazard. We reserve the right to cancel reservations at any time. Security cameras on site located on the front door and back deck overlooking the driveway.

Wonderful start to the new year

We had the best time at this property! Truly the best Vrbo property we have been to. Everything was clean, beautiful and well stocked. We reached out to the property manager and I received a reply immediately. We also loved how close to town the house was. We hope to come back one day.

Amazing Property

This property exceeded our expectations. The online description and pictures truly do not do it justice. Everything was so clean, bedding was comfortable and the towels were luxurious. The kitchen was stocked better than any property we’ve stayed out. The layout of the home is perfect.

As advertised!

I was a little hesitant due to several past bookings that simply didn’t look in person as it did online. This property was NOT THAT! It was as you see in pictures, very clean, tidy, and the property manager was incredibly communicative when needed. We would 100% stay there again with the confidence that this property and management provided for us as guests. Thank you and can’t wait to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Estes Park! Was super close to downtown Estes Park as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved the decor and the beds were really comfy! We didn't want to leave!

Gorgeous home and location

Very nice house and layout, especially the second floor master. Beautiful grounds, creek on site. Great place to have dinner on the deck or sit and have tea for breakfast. And a hot tub.

Fabulous House

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and I have to say it’s one of the best that I’ve ever stayed at. It’s a great location, easy walk to town. The house offers so many great amenities and the views are great!! Highly recommend this property.

Weekend Stay in Estes Park

The house was absolutely beautiful. The setup was perfect for three couples. We each had our own space with bathroom. The picturesque views with the soothing sound of the stream made our entire group feel refreshed and relaxed. Our only issue was the hot tub but your timely maintenance response was appreciated.

Amazing property right off the river. Beautiful views in all directions. Very clean and short walk to downtown. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. I enjoyed the sunrise over the mountains on the main deck.

Just what we needed

This house was well-equipped for our 3-night family getaway to Estes Park. We enjoyed the sound of the river rushing by and the wildlife sightings (Elk everyday and a flock of turkeys!). Proximity to town was so convenient, and we felt perfectly secluded with plenty of privacy at the house.

Nice Cliff House on the River

This house was perfect for my family of four (myself, wife, two daughters) and my father. Each of us had a floor with our own BR and BA. The location is awesome and the views were amazing. My only complaints are that the house needed a new cover for the hot tub (it was pretty beat up and water-logged, which made it a pain to move during a snow storm) and a new snow shovel (we discovered that the only snow shovel around during a snow storm was one held together by electrical tape). I would definitely rent this house again!
