Belle location

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement. Le propriétaire est disponible et attentif, la personne qui nous a acceuillie très gentille. L'appartement est fonctionnel, la terrasse très agreable, et la piscine très bien. Il est situé idealement, à côté de la plage et proche des magasins. Le coin est animé. Le seul point noir : les importantes nuisances sonores les nuits jusqu'à 2h du matin. Les animations exterieures en ville sont tres fortes et on les entend beaucoup dans les chambres.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la grande motte. L'appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel et très calme. Très bien situé ! L'accès à la piscine était très appréciable. Les enfants se sont sentis comme chez eux. Le propriétaire est disponible et la personne qui nous accueille est adorable. Je recommande vivement cette location. Encore merci à Claude et Mme Bérot.

Très bon sejour

Appartement très propres, très fonctionnel bien décoré.La clim est un vrai plus. La proximité de la plage est très agréable..(moins de 5 minutes à pieds). La piscine dans la résidence est très agréable. La personne qui s'occupe des clés est très gentille et trouve toujours des solutions. J'y reviendrai. La wifi serait un plus.

Résidence bien entretenue, garage fermé. Appartement sans surprise avec balcon-terrasse agréable, propre et facile à entretenir. toutes commodités sauf wi-fi et climatisation. Parfait pour vacances proches de la plage mais un peu plus loin du centre ville.

L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description. Très bien équipé, proche des commerces et animations et à deux pas de la plage. Propriétaire très réactif qui s’intéresse au fait que nous soyons bien arrivés et que tout soit en ordre. Location à recommander.

La Grande Motte pour les familles

Logement confortable et propre bien situé 5 min à pieds grande plage de sable fin, supermarché et rue piétonne petits magasins de plage. Très bien pour une famille avec enfants en bas âge.

Appartement très bien équipé et bien situé, au calme et à deux pas de la mer, animations ,restaurants et commerces, seul bémol...pas de piscine suite au covid. Mais cet appart restera un très bon souvenir.

Un séjour au top!!

Un appartement très agréable, extrêmement bien situé, a 5mn de la plage, 2mn de la supérette. Très fonctionnel ou rien ne manque. Le grand balcon est super agréable, on peut y manger matin, midi et soir ! La piscine est impeccable et très propre, le jardins de la résidence sont a rêver ! Nous y retournerons !

Très bon séjour

Appartement à louer sans hésiter : très bien situé, tous commerces à proximité et mer très proche (200 mètres). L’appartement en lui-même est très sécurisé : code d’accès pour entrer dans la copropriété ainsi que dans l’immeuble. Garage fermé en sous-sol. Terrasse agréable et couverte , bien exposée, on peut y manger tous les jours et plancha à disposition. Appartement très bien équipé, rien ne manque Piscine privative au pied de l’immeuble. De nombreux sentiers piétonniers permettent de jolies ballades ; de nombreuses documentations sur les alentours sont mises à disposition par le propriétaire. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Nous y sommes déjà allés 3 fois et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner. Marie Christine
