Gorgeous gulf front vacation rental 2bed/2bath Emerald Isle

Gulf Front 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with wonderful views located at Emerald Isle on Pensacola Beach! Upgrades galore including quartz kitchen counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Flat screen TV in every bedroom, with a 50 in TV in the living room. Emerald Isle is a few blocks from the center on Pensacola Beach where you will find restaurants, shop, and bars. This unit is located in a luxury high-rise condominium featuring many amenities including a Gulf-side fitness room, 2 community pools (one is heated during the off-season), a community hot tub, and a sauna! Enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach from your private balcony at this beautiful Emerald Isle condo. Some beach gear provided found in storage cage on the 1st floor.

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from June 1, 2024, until August 10, 2024, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some weeks in July may be reduced to a 4 night minimum.

Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

Great location

We were very impressed with the location and the view of the moon coming up over the ocean. We saw dolphins and sting rays in the ocean right from our balcony. And the beach was not over crowded. The owners provided us with chairs, so we did not have to rent them. The only problem we had is that we never received a rental agreement to sign until the morning we were going to leave town on our trip.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook with... plates, bowls, pans, pots, utensils, etc. Although these would not deter us from staying at this property I want to list them as suggestions to condo owners... only cons we found were: the patio furniture was not comfortable to sit in for longer than about 30 minutes; entry would be more convenient if it were a keypad vs an actual key; the ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom only has one speed; shower head in master bath is not powerful & sprays in different directions & lastly, we were told other condo owners rent umbrellas & chairs on the beach... that would’ve been nice as they’re $50/day but again, we would still stay here, 100%!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Amazing 15th floor view

Perfect condo. Emerald Isle is an amazing place. Pristine beach, perfectly maintained and beautiful condo. Native Cafe is across the street! Walk to Flounders. The only place we like to stay when we are in Pensacola

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We love the location, and the condo was nice! I do have some suggestions though, the condo could use a good deep clean, and a decent set of pots and pans. The mattress in the master bedroom is terrible, it's extremely HARD, I would highly recommend getting a softer mattress.

The shower curtain in the main bathroom needed to be washed and the shower tiles needed to be sprayed due to mildew. Superb Stay with a Beautiful Gulf View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was in perfect order. Check-in was seamless. This unit was recently updated and is like new! It turned out to be tailor-fitted for our needs. The gulf views from the 15th-story living room, bedroom, and deck were gorgeous. This condo building is right on the gulf. There are no other structures blocking the gulf view. The 80-deg heated, outdoor pool was a bit too cool for us during our early March visit, so we spent our sun-bathing time in the adjacent hot-tub. I presume that the large, unheated, main pool will be very active on warmer days. The boardwalk from the pool area to the gulf beach was in great shape and easily manageable. The only issue we faced, a non-working CD remote, was addressed immediately. Literally nothing disappointing to report!

Fun and sun

Awesome place just remember your codes. beautiful beach and ocean . The only complaint is the master bed needs replaced .we had to find other places to sleep . Couch . Changed room with kids . After 3 days of back pain . Just buy a new mattress .

Perfect beach getaway

Birthday weekend

The property is awesome! Our condo could have used spices and more toilet paper, paper towels, or dish towels, dw detergent, laundry soap and dryer sheets. Basic stuff for a stay longer than 3 days . Otherwise great!!!
