Poor communication
I've waited a week before writing a review as I was worried they would find something to charge us for, based on their very strict rules/instructions. Informed me 10 days before arrival (after we'd checked in for our flights and too late to change luggage options) that bed linen was not included. Their response was that it doesn't say it is included. I am well travelled, other listings tell you when this is not included. They pointed me towards a linen hire company who we'd have to collect from 15 minutes away and would cost 100 Euros, however, they DO NOT hire the actual duvets, just the covers. For a 4 night stay we ended up having to take them as carry on and make do as we didn't have time to waste there. It took me 2 months and a lot of hassle to get 1 night refunded after our flights changed. I contacted them multiple times prior to paying the balance, had to then pay the full balance as I was concerned it would get cancelled. Then a week before going I had to ask again for the refund.They refunded the 1 night, failed to refund any other service fees/taxes etc.Tried to contact them 48 hours before we were leaving, they responded once I was back in the UK. The fact they have received 1 review a year is a red flag I should have paid attention to. They sent us details of discounted ski hire 10 days before arrival, we'd already booked it. Location was great!
