Welcome to "Ships and Giggles Condo", Cozumel Penthouse at beautiful Palmar Condos! Enjoy views from the 30 foot wall of glass in the living area that overlooks the ocean! This condo can be rented as a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom!! Just let us know your needs!!
Enjoy this beautifully decorated four bedroom and four bathroom penthouse condo at Palmar that sleeps ten people. US/Canadian television channels are available. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; two of those are master bedrooms with amazing views of the crystal blue waters of Cozumel. One master suite has its own private balcony. The well stocked kitchen, living and dining are all open and overlook the ocean. The condo has its own water filtration system, so you can safely drink the water. Step out onto the 250 sq ft balcony and watch the ships dock each morning. At night, from the balcony, enjoy watching the night divers and the beautifully lit ships as they sail away.
This condo is perfect for several couples or families traveling together. There is a huge pool and hot tub with plenty of lounge chairs and Bali Beds to relax your day away. In addition, there is a tennis court, a basketball court, game room and workout facilities available to guests. There are also areas to wash your dive gear after a great day of diving. A washer and dryer are available inside the condo so you can pack clean clothes when you leave!
The Penthouse Condo is conveniently located within walking distance to Paprika, Tikila's, several dive shops, electric bike rentals, and an OXXO. It is a $12 taxi ride from the ferry pier. There is 24 hours, on-site security that patrols the property and gated parking.

Even better than expected
We had an amazing stay! We have stayed in many condos in Cozumel and this is now one of our favorites. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beautifully furnished and spacious. We loved the location. The Sunset bar is right across the street and was a fun place to walk for drinks and a plate of nachos. Watching the cruise ships come and go from a comfortable balcony was one of our lazy pastimes. Can’t wait to book again for another family trip!

Very Nice Condo
This is the second time we have stayed at the Palmar condo building, previously in a different condo. It's a great location, quiet with friendly staff and a very uncrowded pool. This condo was perfect for our group of 6 and was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

60th Birthday Get Away
My hudband and I along with our sons and their wives shared the condo. Every couple had a comfortable room with their own bathroom. It was a perfect fit! Great central location too!

An amazing condo that is beautifully appointed. We had our family of divers stay and had a blast. Plenty of room to spread out, gorgeous views of the ocean/jungle. We really enjoy this property, walking distance to great coffee shop and fun beach side bars and restaurants.

We loved our stay at the ships and giggles condo. The condo is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. The view day and night is breathtaking. We loved the pool. It is enormous! We also walked across the street to snorkel. There are a couple great spots walking distance for food. Our favorites were Coco Cafe for breakfast and we loved the margaritas at Sunset. Michele was awesome and answered questions and gave us great suggestions. We plan to stay again.

We loved this condo and will definitely book again. Plenty of room and privacy for all the suites. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo is clean and beautiful. We basically lived on the balcony because of the fantastic views. Michelle was wonderful and very responsive.

Great Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was clean and spacious. It worked out perfectly for our needs. Location is good distance from downtown, for a quick cab ride or nice walk. Michelle was quick to respond to any of our needs and questions. The only negative which has nothing to do with the condo itself, is the cruise ships really put a damper on the sunsets. They are usually in the way. All and all great place to stay and enjoy the island.

Amazing Stay
We have stayed at the Palmar Condos for the past 3 years in different condos and Ships & Giggles is by far the best stay. Our family of 6 enjoyed 10 days in the very spacious 4 bedrooms/4 bathroom condo. Washer/Dryer made a huge difference in not having to pack extra clothes (not all Palmar condos provides W/D. Balcony furniture was very comfortable and where we spent our mornings having coffee and watching the cruise ships come in. Housekeeping came in mid-stay and laundered sheets/towels. Temperature in the condo was better than other condo stays. Walking distance to Blue Angels restaurant, Sunset, and Paprika. 30 minute walk to grocery and shopping. Will definitely stay again!

We just had a beautiful week in Cozumel thanks in part to our stay in this great condo. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable, and view gorgeous. We had a great week staying in Ships and Giggles penthouse condo. I enjoyed watching the cruise ships in the morning and evening from the balcony. My family of 5 had more than enough room. The pool was great. We did a lot of activities and never had an issue getting a cab. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Michelle was a fantastic host. She thought of everything. If I had a question, she was very quick to answer. Thank you, Michelle for a great week!!

8 family members stayed a week. Place is perfect. Location great. 2 nice bars across the street. Kitchen set up great. Great glassware to take to pool. Safe and very friendly. Just outstanding. Michelle was a text away. Our only issue was one grill on building property is for owners only. No big deal took our fish catch to the money bar and they cooked it. This place was so much fun. Spacious condominium with Million dollar view
We rented this for a 5 days stay for ourselves and our 3 adult children and their partners. It was very nice. It has a very spacious main room with a well-appointed kitchen at one end and a balcony with a million dollar view overlooking where the cruise ships dock each day, and most evenings leave before 6 PM affording a fabulous view of the sunset. You pretty much have to take a taxi to go to any of the beaches or town, but there a plenty of them constantly whizzing by so it is easy to get one - but note the taxis only take cash, preferably American dollars. The condominium has two large master bedrooms with king size beds and bathrooms, another bedroom with attached bath that has two double beds, and then the fourth bedroom has a bathroom right across the hall. Note this bedroom has no windows. Having a washer/ dryer was a plus, we used it several days. There is a breakfast/coffee shop nearby (Coco’s), an OXXO convenience store to pick up small items, and Budget car rental in a hotel about a block away, where we rented a car for one day to drive to the Eco park at the southern end of the island. Bottom line is that if we were traveling back to Cozumel and needed this amount of space, I would definitely book this place again.

Perfection Personified
The Shipps and Giggles Penthouse condo was as advertised. The views from the terrace are stunning. You have a fantastic view as far as the eye can see. The cruise ships come and go and are fascinating to watch. On several evenings we could watch the night scuba divers as they searched for sea nightlife. Did I mention the sunset views? The sunsets alone make this condo a must rent. The condo was immaculate and offered everything for a family getaway or a romantic couples retreat. There were 5 of us, two families and we had plenty of room and privacy. It penthouse is conveniently located and close to town, shops, restaurants etc. You can shore snorkel across the street. Try the Money Bar. The food and drinks where hit and miss but the live entertainment and the view are both amazing. Lastly, Michelle was VERY informative and went out of her way to make sure we had the perfect vacation. This was honestly one of my best rental experiences/destinations. THANK YOU!

Great location, great views, great place!
We loved our stay here. The place was clean, well-maintained, and a good size for our family of seven. We loved watching the sunsets and relaxing on the balcony. The kitchen is well-stocked and I was able to make a full dinner, plus breakfasts most days. The host was always very quick to respond to any questions. I also felt very safe in the property. The pool area is huge and very nice. We were also within walking distance of many restaurants and beach areas. It was a short drive to the Chedraui and Mega grocery/shopping stores, too. It's also located far enough away from the cruise terminal to have less of that traffic and crowds. Because of this being on the top floor, and a decent distance from the street, it is pretty quiet. A bit of noise from the ships and the street come through, but overall, it's a fairly quiet location. The condo was very well-appointed. There was plenty of seating, bathrooms, beds, towels, and places to just sit and relax. We enjoyed watching a few movies at night, also. We really loved the fact that the tap water was potable. All the employees were super helpful and friendly, too. This really was one of the best rental properties we have stayed at, period.

Perfect!
I have been coming to Cozumel for about 6 or so years now and I have stayed in other VRBO’s and some of the hotels on the island. I would say hands down this is the nicest place I have stayed in here on Cozumel. The views are incredible! The accommodations are very nice even down to the Keruig! The location is close enough to the city center that if you’re using cabs to get around it won’t break your bank and if you’re meeting your dive boat at the marina, it’s maybe 10 minutes away. They have a rinse tank on the property to clean your gear when you’re done. There are some restaurants within walking distance too so make sure you wander out and take in the local scene. My only “issues” - and these are just my personal things were: 1. The bed and pillows in the master are very firm. If you prefer softer pillows - bring your own. I’m kinda a softer bed type of person. 2. The bottled water is not provided as part of the rental like others you may have stayed with here. If you MUST have bottled water there is a small store next door to the condo where you can get it. The tap water is PERFECTLY fine! These are such minor issues that they did not really impact my stay at all. I am just putting them here for others to be aware. While there is no satellite or cable TV service in the condo, the internet is not shared throughout the building and is private to the condo. As such it is quite fast (I measured 200mb down and 100mb up). If you find yourself wanting to watch TV, there is an Apple TV so you can stream what you want from your device. If you need good high speed internet for whatever your reason while on the island - you’re certainly going to have as good as I’ve ever seen it anywhere on the island. Even though a 4br condo for a solo traveler may be overkill - I absolutely will make this my go-to place next time I am planning a trip to Cozumel.
