This beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features luxury, comfort, and celestial views of the Gulf. Calypso Resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach located by the best shopping and dining!

Gulf Vistas welcomes you with open arms as your first glance includes the floor-to-ceiling patio doors that take you onto the expansive balcony with ample outdoor seating and amazing views of the emerald green waters and shimmering white sands. The living area features high-end luxury furnishings including a queen sofa sleeper, flat-screen HDTV, and breathtaking views. Formal dining seating for four and added breakfast bar seating allowing everyone to dine together. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you'll need to create sumptuous coastal cuisine for the entire family.

Guest will need to pre-register online for a parking pass BEFORE arrival. There is a one car limit per reservation.

I read the reviews that the bed was uncomfortable, however we thought it was just fine! The condo A.C. was great and it stayed cool. The balcony had awesome chairs to sit in. Communication with the rental company was awesome, you just had to text them. We would definitely book this room again, the views were incredible. Walking distance to everything! The included beach chairs were a great bonus & we LOVED being able to do laundry in our room! The only negatives were our armband doesn’t work on tower 3 pool, which if you have kids that’s definitely the best pool. The room only came with one trash bag & the sofa chair in the living room was broken. But those were all just little things.

Vacation at Calypso

My husband and I stayed here May 2024. We come every year twice a year but previously always stayed in Tower III. We decided to stay in Tower II for convenience to the beach. This condo was exactly what you would expect, cleanliness was top notch and suited our needs. The chair rental was a bonus, location was premium and we walked pretty much everywhere outside of our trip to/from the airport. My only suggestion would be to replace the bedroom mattress. We did read other reviews about the mattress needing to be replaced previous to booking but we gave it a whirl anyway. The overall atmosphere is great. We will return.

Great Condo to spend your time in Panama City FL

Centrally located, customer service outstanding, park outstanding, condo right on the ocean, near all attractions, clean, fully furnished, I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to visit the city, we are looking forward to coming back next year with the same amenities!

Perfect location and view!

We loved staying at this condo. It was the perfect height being on the 12th floor so that we could still see the dolphins swimming. Location is key and this condo is where it’s at! We were able to walk to pretty much anything we wanted (restaurants, shops, putt putt) and we have four kids (the youngest being 4 years old). We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

The condo was clean and fully stocked. The mattress needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. We had plumbing issues, but the manager got on the issue quickly. It was fixed just a few hours after I contacted them. The property is very nice with lots of amenities. Great location.

The thermostat was set to 75 degrees but it never got below 79 degrees, there were times we had to go outside and cool off. To pay as much as you do for these rentals your room should be cool after a long day at the beach. Our fridge went out and they were really helpful about getting us a new one. So for the most part is was a great vacation,

Beautiful condo but AC was a nightmare

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful but I cannot recommend it to anyone. We will not be returning. Our room was extremely uncomfortable and the temp was hovering at 76 degrees. The humidity was extremely high the week we went. We reached out to maintenance and was told the lowest the AC could go was 74 degrees. We had 4 other families staying at the Calypso and no one else had this regulation. As the week went on, our room was 78-79 degrees. We even avoided going out on the balcony to keep the doors shut. The hot nights were extremely uncomfortable. We cut our losses and left a day early.

Great week at PCB

Reviewer Comments: I had a few issues, didn’t get the email for parking pass so had to spend about an hour figuring that out when we arrived and was at first told by the beach service guy that he didn’t have anything on file for our beach chairs that were included with the room. My parking and beach chair issue was was resolved satisfactorily and Blue Swell regularly checked on us via text and were very responsive. The condo was very tidy and clean! Plenty of towels. The mattress in the bedroom wasn’t the best. The view was great! One of the beach services employees came around daily sweeping sand from our chairs, which was really awesome! Short walking distance to Pier Park! My daughter left her makeup bag in the room at the end of the vacation and they are shipping it to us! Thankful for that!
