Tucked away in warm Armstrong Valley, this beautiful resort setting is a great place to escape for that special weekend or relaxing vacation.

Set back from the road with 1 acre of land including pool, bocce court, and separate barn with game room, this 1700 sq. ft. recently renovated home features an open floor plan (ideal for entertaining) with stunning chef's kitchen, family room with corner wood burning fireplace, living room with flat screen, books and record player.

All 3 bedrooms have queen beds, master suite with sliding doors to deck has private bath. Restoration Hardware vanities in both custom designed bathrooms are accented by marble and subway tile walls. Sliding doors from kitchen open to deck/patio area and overlooks solar heated saline pool encased by custom imported blue stone. Lounge chairs with multiple umbrellas set the tone for a very relaxed atmosphere. Around the pool, you have gas BBQ grill, lush green lawn, palm & fruit trees. Washer/dryer in garage, parking for multiple cars in driveway. The expansive and vast vineyard can also be appreciated from the outdoor seating area near neighboring vineyard, bocce court, hammock and outdoor picnic table. Huge separate barn is a great place to cool down and features ping pong table, arcade game, pool toys. 4 cruiser bikes available.

Close to town where you can enjoy Boon Eat & Drink, El Barrio, River Inn Grill, local taco truck, ice cream, wine and cocktails! Short distance to Upper and Lower Russian River beaches, Monte Rio, Armstrong Woods, Goat Rock Beach, Jenner, and numerous award-winning wineries on Westside Road leading to Healdsburg. Fishing, hiking, inter-tubing, canoe/kayaking.

Beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay. The house and grounds are beautiful and we loved the barn full of fun activities. Pool and shuffleboard were our favorites. It was so nice being near Armstrong Redwoods for a rainy-day hike, and the coast to watch the epic waves. The drive to town was quick and it was easy to grab a morning latte. Thank you Naomi for being very responsive to one or two small issues. We hope to visit again in warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful pool and play bocce. My only suggestion for the property is to invest in a king bed for the master.

A lovely house next to a vineyard

The house was very comfortable and well-equipped, just as portrayed on the VRBO website. While the interior of the house was very clean and spacious, the setting was what we liked the most. The house is on a quiet street that borders a vineyard. It is set back from that street by a long driveway, so we never heard any cars. The back of the house has a lovely deck that opens out to the vineyard allowing us to fully enjoy being in wine country. The house has a useful booklet of instructions and other helpful information. But perhaps the best was the easy access to the property manager who was available to answer any questions that the booklet did not, something that is important when one comes into a new house. And she provided excellent advice on restaurants and outdoor places to visit. We intend to return to this lovely house.

Perfection for our family!

My family and I stayed at this house for a long weekend getaway and we were so pleased! The house is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for us - just as advertised. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the swing out front, and the many games in the barn. We hope to stay here again next summer!

Fun-filled property

SF Getaway

There were six of us from San Francisco who wanted to getaway from the city life. This vineyard resort is so gorgeous. Hidden gem but not too far from downtown Guerneville. The house is very clean, well maintained, beds were comfortable, and the pool was amazing. The house comes with bocce ball, game room, bicycles, bbq grill, outdoor pizza oven, apple tree, and veggie garden. A place where you do not have to leave. Additionally, Paul and Naomi were very responsive. Great host! Definitely will be back and will book this place again.

Perfection

Truly an amazing property with everything you’d ever need for a great getaway. Nestled between the redwoods and a vineyard, this picturesque property provides space for fun, relaxation and conversation. There were days that we never left the property, which is a first for me when staying in the area. The photos are accurate and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. I highly recommend staying here.

Family Vacay

This is our third stay and always a wonderful time. We love the vibe of the entire property---house, pool, and barn. Both kids and adults loved the ping pong, old school video game machine (Pacman!), and pool in the barn. It's also a quiet place to sub as an 'office' ---using the card table as your office table;) The pool is nicely warmed by the sun when cover is on and perfect size to do laps or just lounge on the Swan floater. Kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook, and there's a grill and pizza oven outside too for barbecues. We love the location---30 minute walk to Main St. and downtown Guerneville area, Johnson's Beach, Armstrong Woods National Park (great hiking!). Looking forward to our next stay in the summer! Absolutely love this place!

Amazing Gueeneville Getaway!

The house was perfect. Beautiful, clean, and cozy, with an incredible pool and yard, even a game area in the barn with lots of options. 5 minute drive to downtown. My friends and I had such a fantastic time here, we’ll definitely be coming back.

Absolutely Beautiful

This house is an absolute hidden gem!! My friends and I stayed here for my 32nd birthday and it did not disappoint. Huge piece of property, beautiful house, gorgeous updated kitchen, massive pool with a game room/barn, washer/dryer, awesome classic car in the garage, lounge chairs everywhere, BBQ pit, fire pit and bocce ball. The pictures on the listing are very accurate on how beautiful the place is but it’s even more impressive in person. About a two minute drive from Main Street which is perfect if you want to hit up the bars or explore Guerneville. Beautiful views of a winery. I 100% will be coming back here with my family.

Jewel of a home in a perfect location

My family and I enjoyed several days at Vineyard View, a jewel box nestled among the redwoods tucked behind the centrally-located town of Guerneville. Vineyard View offers three comfortable bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms along with generous indoor common areas including a bright and modern kitchen. The grounds surrounding the home are simply beautiful. They include a large pool, several different outdoor seating areas, bocce ball court and access to additional onsite recreational amenities such as cruiser bikes, ping pong and a pool table. There was no reason to leave as everything we wanted was on site. But when we did, we appreciated the home’s close proximity to the meandering Russian River and local bike trails, not to mention the nearby Safeway. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect getaway retreat

We spent 3 days attending my sons wedding. The house was very well equipped. The kitchen was perfect for having coffee in the morning or cooking up a feast for family. The beds on the rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were beautifully remodeled. The grounds and the facilities outside were even better. A beautiful Korbel vineyard is your focal point from the barn game room, pool or sitting areas around the back yard. I would definitely go back and spend more time at this house in the River area.

Perfect Spring getaway

Our second time staying here with family and loved the coziness and open layout of the home and extra added gaming area in the barn! Perfect for our family of 6! Kids loved the pool and us adults loved chilling by the pool and fire pit enjoying the killer vineyard views. So relaxing!

Great Sonoma getaway

This place was great. There was plenty of privacy, it was a quiet neighborhood, the view from the pool out to the vineyard was fantastic, and the barn provided plenty of games and entertainment options. And it is minutes to town if you need anything. This is honestly one of my top VRBO houses. The only downside was that it was so nice, I was scared we'd make a mess of the place. It has Carrara marble in the kitchen and bathroom counters, so I was vigilant about not leaving liquids sitting on them. I would hate to ruin that beautiful feature.

The Perfect Weekend!

Wow! What an amazing house and outdoor space. I think we used every inch of this property. The house had a great layout to accommodate a group of 6 people, a toddler and a dog - we had privacy when we wanted it but the common spaces were big enough for all of us to gather and never felt cramped. On a colder day we ate lunch by the fire pit and played bocce ball while we waited for the sun to come out. Each evening after dinner we played ping pong and pool in the barn. My son has spent most of this pandemic inside so seeing him run freely around the enclosed property was so wonderful. Also the host, Paul, was very responsive to emails and extremely accommodating. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Beautiful Outdoor Space

This is a wonderful vacation house with outstanding outdoor space and vineyard views. We enjoyed lounging on the deck and in/around the beautiful pool. The house feels very private. Beautiful home on a vineyard

We loved this property. We enjoyed the pool during the day, fires at night on the vineyard, bocce, hammock, ping pong, poker...the list goes on! Beautiful rustic modern home. Very clean and lots of amenities. We even picked a few tomatoes from the garden to add to our salad! We will definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Many generations of his family would vacation in the Russian River area dating back to the 1930's. He was lucky to find this great home many years ago, he needed to escape from the SF fog! He enjoys being able to to swim, enjoy warm long summer days and great meals with friends and family.

What makes this property unique

The home is comfortable, inviting and cozy. Outdoor space offers a lush garden setting and the views overlooking vineyard and mountains are really stunning. It is one of his happy places and he has have traveled a lot.
