Plenty of Parking Both in driveway and street. Bring our boat as you can launch it less than a mile away. Only 15 minutes to the beach. Quiet neighborhood featuring million dollar homes. House is located across the street from the bay. There are water views from the master and loft. Quiet cul de sac street. Friendly neighbors. Great for walks.
