Located in a quiet neighborhood. This 2 bedroom 2 bath home was recently rehabbed. The open floor plan makes it easy to feel included whether you are in the living room, dining room or kitchen. The bedrooms have one king and one queen size bed equipped with quality bedding and t.v.'s. A Pack 'N Play and high chair can be available upon request. There is a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar that seats 4 and a dining room table that seats 6. For business travelers there is a desk and high speed internet.
If you choose to book this home, you will be required to send a copy of your government issued ID and also a message stating that you have read and agree to the Guest Rules below.

CHECK IN TIME IS AFTER 4:00 P.M. CST AND CHECKOUT IS 11:00 A.M. CST.
NO EARLY OR LATE CHECKOUT WITHOUT WRITTEN REQUEST AND APPROVAL
FROM LYNN, THE PROPERTY OWNER.
THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOME. That includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, cannabis or vaping of any type. Also included are incense and candles. In the event that there is an odor left in the house after guests leave, there will be a $300.00 fine applied to your charge card for removing the odor in the home. Even though Illinois is a cannabis legal state, it is not allowed on the property.
PARTIES/EVENTS in the home or on the property ARE NOT PERMITTED.
PETS are not permitted. If you do bring your pet, it will be an automatic $500.00 fine and termination of your reservation. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund.
OUTDOOR QUIET TIME: 9:00pm during the week and 11:00pm on Friday and
Saturday.
BE AWARE, there are video/sound security cameras on the outside front and back of the home. Tampering with security equipment or internet is grounds for
termination of your reservation, and you will be asked to vacate the property
immediately with no refund.
MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL: The minimum age to rent this home is 25. Guests
will be asked to provide proof of age via a photocopy of a valid driver’s license or Government issued ID.
CARDHOLDER IDENTIFICATION: IF booking is made in a different name than the cardholder’s name used to secure the booking, guest will be asked to provide proof of identification of the cardholder via a photocopy of the cardholder’s valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID. Card holder must be one of the guests and be present during the whole reservation.
PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PROVIDE COPY’S OF IDENTIFICATION WHEN
REQUESTED. If we do not receive proof of identification within 48 hours of request, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. This is very important.
In the event damages do occur, guest agrees that they will be financially responsible for the cost to repair the damages or replacement if the damages cannot be fixed.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4)
persons unless prior approval in writing is obtained from home owner. If guest
exceeds the maximum occupancy agreement, they will be subject to one or both of the following. Losing their deposit and asked to leave the property immediately, and a $200.00 fine for each extra person per day. Please do not try to get away with it, you will be caught.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of full payment and deposit and will not be permitted to check in.
TRAVEL INSURANCE - Though it is not required, the owner will not be obligated to give a refund past the free full/partial cancellation period for any reason. It is highly suggested that the guest purchase travel insurance to cover any emergency that may occur.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
DEPARTURE PREPERATIONS:
Return all pillows/blankets/furniture to the rooms in which they belong.
Place used towels in laundry baskets or laundry room. Please leave all bedding in place as is.
Empty refrigerator and cabinets of your belongings.
Empty garbage cans and put in the appropriate bin near the driveway.
Load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
