Located in the coveted Dewey Beach community of Rehoboth by the Sea (north Dewey), Just 5 minute walk to beach! Sleeps 24 in beds. October 1 through December 19 & Jan 1-April 30 2025 rates are for up to 12 guests, each additional guest is $55 per night.

This is a one-of-a-kind, luxury villa has 10 beautifully decorated bedroom/9.5 bath and a large in-ground pool with night lighting and waterfall. Once you arrive, you won't want to leave - it feels like your very own private, boutique resort. Situated only 2 short blocks to the ocean and sand and across the street from Fifer's farmers market.

Enter through the front door and be dazzled by expansive open floor plan, with 10 foot coffered ceilings, 7 foot windows with custom plantation shutters, two living areas, gas fireplace and show stopping five foot wide staircase with custom iron rails. The first floor and porch has a in-ceiling, Sonos sound system. The family chef will love this beautiful gourmet Viking kitchen with double refrigerator, freezer drawers, separate ice make and two dishwashers. Oak Hardwood floors grace the entire home. The first floor living area seamlessly transends to the 10x30 ft screened porch through double sliding glass doors where you will find a cozy seating area with another gas fireplace and a dining area that will seat 10, all overlooking the 12x24 inground pool and gardens. The first floor also has a king bedroom with en-suite bath.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy a proper late day happy hour! The dining area has a 12 foot custom made table that seats 16 comfortably plus seating for 4 around kitchen island. Off-street parking for 4-5 cars.

The second floor has five bedrooms, all with en-suite baths, two stack washer dryers, and a wet bar with beverage refrigerator and coffee maker. There are three king en-suites on this floor and two "kids" rooms with twins and bunks.

Transcend to the third floor where you'll find an open concept TV room with gorgeous wood ceilings and floors. This is a great place for the kids to enjoy time together away from the adults. There is a 65 inch TV and Sonos sound system. This level has 4 additional bedrooms, 1 king bedroom with en-suite bath, a queen and twin room w/ensuite bath and two "kids" rooms that share a hall bath (one with w twins & one with 2 twins and twin over full bunk). This floor also has a full wet bar with coffee make and beverage refrigerator.

The beautiful and private salt, resort-style pool is 25x12 and is surrounded by a large paver patio complete with enough lounging areas and furniture to accommodate your entire group. The patio dining table seats 10-12 comfortably. The pool is heated to 86 from April to late June and from mid September to winter closing for an additional charge of $175. Fifer's Farm Stand Market across the street--BONUS! Breakfast and lunch deli, fresh produce and fruits, meats, and most everything you may need for a quick evening meal without venturing to the grocery store - and best fresh coffee and home made chicken salad ever! Open Spring, Summer and early Fall.

Pet friendly too with pet fee--$250 for one dog, $500 for two.

Guests provide all sheets, towels, soap and paper products. Please ask if you have questions. Sheets, Towels and other necessities can also be rented from local vendors.

Longer stays than two weeks may require an increased cleaning fee.

All groups are required to purchase an accidental damage insurance policy with $5,000 coverage and pay a $1000 refundable security deposit. If you have any questions, please let us know.

This property is not rented to non family groups under 30 yrs of age.

Please note: there is no elevator, however there is an en-suite primary king bedroom on first floor

IMPORTANT REGARDING POOL HEAT: The pool is open from early spring into the late fall. Pool heat in Spring and late August/September is $175 a week, October and November $350 week due to low evening temperatures. Pool will be heated to 86 degrees, but if we have significant low evening temperatures this can not be guaranteed.
