Wonderful Jazz Fest Short stay
Great place. So clean and very well equipped. We stayed at Jack’s place for a short stay during Jazz Fest. We did not cook but there was a full size stove and dishwasher. The king bed was comfortable. The location was so convenient. Walkable to shops restaurants and public transportation. We were able to navigate the city without any problem. But the best thing about Jack’s Place is the hosts. Mike and Jill were helpful and knowledgeable. Their recommendations were spot on. This was a great spot and we would love to be able to stay again.

We reside under the same roof, our space is right across the front porch. (You have an entire apartment for your private use.) We've lived in this Irish Channel home since 2002 and love this city and neighborhood.

We enjoy dining and nightlife, and Mike (especially) is an avid music fan. If you need a few tips for enjoying your stay we are happy to help. Our favorite parts of this city are the people and the architecture, music, food and approach to life that they have created.

Why they chose this property

Historic house in a Prime Location walkable to Magazine St Shopping/dining & the Garden District. Convenient to every other neighborhood via bus, streetcar, car or rideshare

What makes this property unique

Classic architectural details + modern conveniences and walkable to many locals favorites!
